Mar 05,2024I have always had a fantastic experience with vaping101 after shopping with them for years. I had a good laugh reading some of the 1 star reviews here so I thought I would share my experience with their customer support. I have had a few customer support emails between myself a vaping101. One notable one was for a lost vape ursa mini pod system that I ordered for my partner. The battery/mod bizzarly had an inverted magnet causing the pods to instead of rest securely fire out of the mod at random. The fault was obviously a lost Vape QC issue but I quickly emailed vaping101 to get the issue resolved. After a quick back and forth I sent the defective product back and was offered a refund which I declined in favor of store credit that I spent the same day. Throughout the experience the vaping101 staff were friendly and professional. And this is just one of many posative experiences I've had with them.

Jan 31,2024This was a blast from the past. I used to vape this years ago and thought I'd try it again. Still tastes fantastic, but I'm pretty sure they have changed the recipe or something is different. But never the less I still love it and going to buy another. I would suggest putting this juice in a decent tank, either a MTL or a quality RTA. I put it in my Taifun GT5. Reason is you really taste the beauty in this juice if you do. Best vaped after a few days steep.
