Nov 26,2024Update#2: I'm updating my rating once more. Even though i was nor able to find a tutor to assist me I did receive a full refund. VT took my concerns in to consideration and stood behind their product issuing a quick refund. Update: i changed my rating from one start to two because i spoke to customer experience agent and they issued me a refund after i explained my experience. If you do experience issues be aware that you can ask to cancel and request a refund within 30 days. This service was not useful at all. I was matched up with a tutor that didnt showed up 20 minutes late to our first session and was not helpful on the rescheduled session. I also had instant sessions where one time the turor just ended the session and another where they were not helpful.

I went to school the next day and started asking questions that she didn’t think I knew. Lol ! She asked me was i cheating. I feel good knowing I can answer questions and that the teacher seeing a difference in me.

The manager was very nice and understanding of my situation; in which, showed that I had not used any hours since my original purchase. All these details helped her understand, why I was upset about not getting my money back! It’s a really big deal to have the company care enough to make things right- I appreciate that. At the end of the day, that’s all I wanted, and what I was so upset about! Thank you for making this right! If you do not cancel they will take your money and not refund you——EVEN WHEN YOU DO NOT USE ALL THE HOURS PROVIDED. They just keep charging and will not give you your money back! Who in the hell wants to use there service after they will not give you your money

She also showed pictures of her dog, which helped ease Arayah’s nervousness. ‘Cause Arayah has two cats and a dog! She was very patient with Arayah! She allowed Arayah to work at her pace/ often asked if Arayah was okay, and if she needed to take a break, it was okay!

Nov 22,2024This place is a scam. You call to get help and they tell you they are helping but draw it out endlessly and never do anything. Asked them to extend my hours twice neither person ever responded and now it's been a month and I lost everything. Absolute garbage customer service meant to take advantage of students who don't have time to call and harass you every day.
