Oct 13,2024Beforehand I was very nervous and unsure around the procedure. I honestly couldn’t have been in more reassuring and knowledgeable hands. Every little detail was explained and all my questions answered. The procedure was quick and I could even choose the music we were listening to. Dr Krishnan and his staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. The only regret I have is not having it done sooner.

Oct 12,2024Upon arriving, Maria at the reception warmly welcomed me with a delightful cup of coffee and a biscuit, instantly putting me at ease 😊. The consultant, Deepak, was equally friendly and hospitable, guiding me through the process and recommending the best options tailored to my needs. A special shoutout to nurse John for providing invaluable help and support throughout the procedure 😊. I underwent EVLA + Foam treatments for my varicose veins in both legs, as per Deepak's recommendation. Following a successful final foam treatment and ultrasound scan on both legs during my recent follow-up appointment, I can confidently say that I am a very satisfied customer. A big shoutout to the entire team at Leicester - you all deserve a 10/10 xx

I went for the treatment and the scan and I am very happy! thank you doctor for everything! Oct 11,2024Mark and the team were welcoming and reassuring. Everything was explained and I felt I was given all the time I needed to make decisions. My constant questions were responded to with patience, honesty and humour which helped me feel relaxed. The procedure was not nearly as unpleasant as I expected and , touch wood, I am healing really quickly. Head office have also been great with check in calls and advise. So pleased I've done this.

Dr Navin Mathias and his caring nurse, Anne, put me at ease from beginning to end. The knowledge and expertise of Dr Mathias was impressive, his manner extremely professional and my treatment pain-free. I would be totally confident in returning to this clinic should I ever need further treatment.

Delighted with the results, I was completely looked after and made to feel relaxed by Helen and the team from start to finish at the Stoke clinic. I have tried other treatments elsewhere and I have not got the results that I have from Veincentre. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

Oct 11,2024Booked in to get my varicose veins done.. had wanted them done for a long long time, but never thought it would be affordable,they were very extensive.i was nervous on arrival.But Julie the nurse she is an amazing person..she could gab for England took my mind completely off the treatment .. and Dr Nirmal kakani .. what can I say the man is changing peoples lives for the better…so happy with my results can’t recommend him and the veincentre Liverpool enough…from start to finish it’s been a smooth journey from consultation to follow up all done in a matter of weeks… Thank you again to everyone at the veincentre amazing experience .

Oct 10,2024I was asked if I could provide a factual and honest review. So, had my second treatment 4 weeks ago to treat the thread veins on my face. This took place at the Knutsford centre as the location is close to home and parking is free and plentiful. The staff, what can I say, they were outstanding. I'm so glad I got Helen, as straight away I was put at ease with a full and detailed explanation of the treatment from an exemplary professional. The treatment itself was very tolerable and better than expected. The results are amazing, I would say my face is now 95% clear, wish I'd had this done years ago. I would highly recommend this company and in particular the Knutsford team. Best wishes to them all, thank you.

Oct 10,2024I decided to get my veins treated after putting up with the pain and look of them for years. Right from my first call to vein centre to leaving after my treatment finished I was delighted with the service. I haven’t went bare legged for years but just 3 weeks after my initial treatment I felt confident to wear shorts. I can now run without wearing a knee strap which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. I wish I had this treatment years ago. Dr Mathias explained everything and made me feel at ease as did the nurse assisting him. I was worried about spending so much money and the treatment not working but it’s been worth every penny. 100% recommend veincentre & the treatment.

The consultant Mr El-Basty explained the procedure and was happy with the results too. Jenny the nurse who was assisting was so kind, explained what was happening and I felt at ease. I would highly recommend.

Oct 10,2024I received Endovenous Laser Ablation and Sclerotherapy treatment 7 days ago. Prior to treatment the procedure was explained and the treatment was as described. Great care was taken during the procedure and although slightly unpleasant at times it was relatively painless. Most of the bruising caused by the treatment has disappeared and I can already see improvement. I understand it can take time for the larger vein to disappear. I received excellent care throughout and highly recommend this treatment to anyone with unsightly veins.

The ladies who carried out the treatment were so friendly and actually quite entertaining.... I was called later by the aftercare team to check I was okay following the treatment. I only experienced red skin for a day and felt completely back to normal after a week. I would definitely recommend this service. I would definitely go back if it were needed 😊

Oct 14,2024Felt in very safe hands from the first contact with Veincentre right through to the post operation consultation. Having a clinic within 50 miles of my home was also very convenient. So glad that the swelling and itchiness has been relieved and also the appearance of my legs has greatly improved.
