Sep 26,2024I attended the Liverpool centre and was treated by Dr Nirmal Kakani. From my first consultation to my final top up I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I had an extensive treatment and was so well looked after by Dr Kakani and nurse Jenny Floyd who was so so lovely during my procedure and really put me at ease. Everything was well explained and had follow up calls day after to check I was okay. Can't believe waited so long to get this done although I'm still healing can see the positive results already. One thing would say is wear the tights as long as you can feel like it really helped me. Absolutely amazing can't recommend enough š Thank you !!

Sep 26,2024I was very happy with my consultation, the Consultant and Nurse were very throrough, gave me confidence in the whole process. When speaking to the call centre to book appointment it does feel like they are just trying to sell a product, didnt feel confident in their knowledge.

Sep 25,2024My experience on vein surgery. I arrived at centre to be greeted by Luke who onceās heād checked me in offered a bottle of water so I didnāt become dehydrated. The nurse and consultant were very friendly and talked me through everything and warned me when needles were going to be inserted. Everything went smoothly with Luke making me a pot of tea while resting. I would not hesitate to recommend the Vein centre in Gloucester.

Everything was explained to me in a way that I understood as it was happening, and I couldnāt be happier with the results, I would recommend the stoke vein centre to anyone with confidence.

Sep 25,2024My whole experience was brilliant. All the staff at the Gloucester Veincentre were friendly, welcoming and informative. Luke on the desk made sure I had every piece of paper work to hand and made sure I was kept very well hydrated. The treatment was done in a professional way and I had huge confidence in Dr Mark Bratby. I have him to thank for making sure my legs are in the best condition in years just in time for my daughterās wedding.

Sep 24,2024The team made you very welcome and made your time with them stress free. They were very informative and nothing was a bother. Everything was explained fully. The procedure was painless and the staff were very reassuring and made sure everything was ok. I would go back for more treatment there than rather go to the dentist that was how well and painless it was. I would give them 10 out of 10.

The staff were fantastic I would like to mention Dr Ananth Krishnan who was very professional and informative also his nurse Julie she was absolutely brilliant very friendly and made me feel at easy she even played northern soul music during the treatment what a great touch, all in all I would highly recommend Veincentre Chester donāt put it off like I did.

Sep 21,2024The doctor and nurse were very nice, but if I had known that the procedure would be performed without anesthesia and that it would hurt so much, I would not have decided to do it. I have to make an appointment for a check-up, and I don't think I will because if I have to correct something again, I can't imagine having the pain like last time again. I asked the doctor at the initial visit if I would feel anything and he said yes but it didn't hurt much, maybe it didn't hurt him but it hurt me and it hurt a lot. I hope that this procedure was worth it and everything will be fine. When I went for the procedure I was sure that there would be anesthesia for me, it was obvious but I was wrong 25/09/2024 Today a lady from the clinic called me and said that I had local anesthesia because that's what it says! I am outraged that someone claims that I had anesthesia and I didn't, all I had was an antiseptic liquid poured on my leg and that's it, nothing more, so please don't tell me that I had anesthesia because that's what it says in my medical records.
