Nov 06,2024Excellent service from first appointment to follow up. Costs outlined from the start so no surprise extras. Laser ablation and sclerotherapy carried out almost painlessly by Dr Krishnan with nurse assisting. Both legs done in less than an hour and procedure explained as it went along. Friendly atmosphere throughout. The following 2 or 3 days my legs were uncomfortable with a tight feeling over the treated areas but I had been told to expect this and had been given a booklet to read which gave details of what to expect. Paracetamol and ibuprofen was enough to relieve the pain. I am very pleased with the result of my treatment and wish I had done it years ago.

Nov 06,2024I went to Colchester clinic and I had an amazing experience, I was so anxious and worried and I just felt at ease as soon as I went in, Would recommend as the procedure wasn't bad at all and I just felt comfortable and in safe hands. Thank you to all the Colchester girls including the lovely lady on reception.

Nov 05,2024I recently had a follow-up appointment at Veincentre, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. The entire team was fantastic, professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, so I always felt informed and comfortable. Dr. Krishnan did an incredible job, and the results have exceeded my expectations; my legs look so much better. My only regret is not having done this sooner. I would highly recommend Veincentre to anyone considering treatment, I’ll definitely be suggesting them to friends and family.

Nov 05,2024I've had my second treatments today and both visits were brilliant. I've always wanted to get my legs done,but took me a while to decide where and when to go.i went to the consultation,they examined my legs standing up using an ultra sound.the consultant in chester clinic explaind what had happened to my veins and what was causing the problem.he showed me inside the veins on the scan. They told me exactly what I needed doing,how much it would cost and there were no hidden cost. Went back 2wks later for the treatment,took just under 1hour to do both legs and 1leg had 2 treatments. i had one doctor and one nurse in the room,they made me feel relaxed and explained what they were doing. They numb your legs with local anastetic,so u don't feel any pain,just a scratch with injections going in. Support stockings then went on,to be left on for 1wk. Went back 6wks later for check up,that was today and had more injections done,that took half an hour.leave stocking on 10days.then I should be ready for shorts in March 😁.would highly recommend the vein clinic,wish I would have done it sooner.

Nov 01,2024After years of having unsightly thread veins on my leg, I decided to do something about them! I looked at my options online and decided to go with Veincentre. Their website is easy to understand and navigate. I rang the centre and I explained my circumstance and asked some questions. I then arranged for an initial consultation and scan at my preferred centre. This was a relatively fast appointment and done without fuss. I came out of my consultation and booked in for my treatment to be carried out within a couple of weeks. I can't wait to see the results...

Nov 01,2024Treatment in Southampton did not improve thread veins on legs at all. Don’t know if it is the product or the way it was injected. The saline solution that is no longer licensed for use in the UK worked perfectly for me years ago when I went to a different clinic.

Nov 01,2024I have just received a second treatment for thread veins at the Glasgow Veincentre. My experience has been absolutely seamless from booking the appointment to having the treatment. Dr Mathias was just lovely as were the rest of the clinical team. He carefully examined my legs and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience, which was only slightly uncomfortable, the fabulous nurse who assisted him kept me distracted with talk of holidays! I had good results from my first session and can’t wait to see how clear my legs are after this treatment. Thank you for helping to restore my confidence so that I can wear shorts again.

Oct 31,2024Lovely staff so friendly Caroline was so helpful. The treatment has gone really well I’ve just finished my second treatment and this should be my last. I really recommend for spider veins, you’d never be able to tell!!

Oct 31,2024Dr Mathias and the staff in the Glasgow clinic are excellent. From initial consultation to treatment everyone was very helpful and informative. Dr Mathias explained all options and potential complications and answered all my questions thoroughly. Treatment took about an hour and I was able to walk out afterwards with minimum pain. I would highly recommend Dr Mathias for anyone considering treatment for varicose veins.

Professional staff who provided a really good service, all the staff from the Receptionist to the Clinical Team were very caring and friendly as well. Oct 25,2024The whole procedure went well. The only concern was the support stocking are not long enough for my legs. In total very pleased with how smooth and quick it was. I’ve still my follow up appointment to go so can leave a final review then.

Nov 06,2024Everything was well explained tome. From walking into the reception on my initial consultation, I was treated courteously, everyone was so friendly. The Doctor and the nurse were both very professional throughout and made me feel calm and I had every confidence in them both.
