Oct 02,2024My initial consultation was with Dr Sam Byott at the Lancaster clinic. He explained the full procedures that I needed and completely put me at ease. On the day of my procedure, a week later, I was quite anxious but Sam and Julie the nurse assured me that they would look after me throughout and they did a fantastic job. Julie held my hand whilst my legs were having EVLA treatment and we talked about all sorts. They both made it a very positive experience. Not forgetting Trish who greeted me when I arrived both times and who was so reassuring and helpful. I would definitely recommend going to this practice.

Oct 02,2024I had an in-depth consultation prior to treatment, including an explanation of expected results. Very professional service with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere during the treatment and good aftercare information. I am pleased with the results so far. I felt in safe hands and have no hesitation to return for a follow-up treatment. A big 'thank you' to the whole team.

Oct 02,2024Very helpful and informative from initial consultation to final treatment, made you feel very relaxed and at ease. The cost was explained fully up front and with no hidden charges. I had both legs treated for large varicose veins which took about one and a half hours and at the most was a little bit uncomfortable under local anaesthetic and I am more than happy with the results.

Oct 01,2024After my initial consultation and leaving feeling happy with what I was told and i didn't feel nervous ,anxious, or worried about returning for my procedure. This is day 5 after my procedure and feeling good. Both my wife who has also had treatment would like to thank the team for making us feel comfortable and doing a wonderful job. Would highly recommend anyone wishing to have treatment to contact the Centre. Once again a big big thankyou.

Sep 28,2024I had itchy and bulging veins in both legs which looked unsightly so decided to get treatment.I was met by the receptionist who is very bubbly and polite. I was seen by Dr. Deepak Vishwanath and his assistant Asif. They are both very amiable guys. The Dr. kept me informed all the way through the procedure and I must say Asif is very attentive and reassuring, they work great as team.Fantastic result. "Now I can hit the beach with confidence" Thankyou guys.⛱️👍

Sep 28,2024From my initial enquiry I felt that I was in the safe hands of friendly, experienced professional people. I was welcomed warmly at the clinic and during a very thorough consultation, everything was explained to me clearly. There was no pushiness and I was under no pressure to book. At my initial consultation I explained that I had previously seen another consultant at a private hospital and had Veinwave treatment and foam schleropathy which had been unsuccessful and I had been refused a follow up appointment. This understandably made me cautious when making the decision to have treatment again. I had my first treatment on 14/8/24 and due to me going on a long haul flight in early November, I had my follow up appointment 6 weeks later. The improvement so far has been really good, and I am very pleased. I have had further foam treatment and microscleropathy which should hopefully give me further cosmetic improvement. I’m sure that in a few weeks my legs will be looking better than they have in years. Dr Neil Prasad has a very calming manner, he and his assistant were both understanding and put me at ease. I’d highly recommend Veincentre and can’t wait to show my legs off on future holidays!

The procedure was expertly carried out they made me feel very relaxed and the aftercare is very good. I had 2 procedures on both legs and am very satisfied with the results have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Sep 26,2024I have recently been to the Veincentre Bristol for Microsclerotherapy for thread vein treatment. Marcus Brooks performed the treatment and both Marcus and Natasha made the experience a comfortable one. This is not the first time I have been to the Bristol clinic. 5 Years previously, Marcus treated one of my legs for varicose veins with both EVLA and Foam Sclerotherapy, the results of which I remain very happy with. Would recommend both Marcus and the Veincentre Bristol for vein treatment.

Always thought I would’nt be able to have anything done to get rid of my varicose veins but I’m so glad I spoke to the doctors down at the Poole branch. They were so helpful and explained everything to me in a friendly and professional manner. The process was so smooth and my legs have never looked better.
