Jan 21,2024Tracking my order after a week & saw it was “still with sender”. I contacted vetsend to be told my order was probably lost and it would be sent again. The got a new order tracking reference & a week on that is also “still with sender”. My dog needed that coat to protect her skin after an illness .. I am disappointed & trying to cancel & get a refund. Don’t use them!!

These items were being shipped from Germany and I don’t think I’ve had better customer service from any company. The replacement item was with me within 10 days.
