The product I wanted at a good price, however, poor delivery times and worse communication. Would not order from Vetsend again, even if the price comes up the lowest for the item of interest. In response to the reply from vetsend, I would like to clarify that only one item of my order (which was for two of the same thing and showing as “in stock” at the time of order) was delivered on 9th, and I was not notified of the split in deliveries until I received the delivery of one item and enquired as to the whereabouts of the rest. Even then, the customer service operative was very offhand and vague about it. The order delivery was finally completed on 16th January. As is apparent from these dates, 4 working day delivery was not achieved in either case, and no comms were forthcoming unless I phoned to enquire, which I had to do twice. I appreciate that there might be more public holidays in NL around the NY period than there are in the UK, which may have affected the initial delivery, but I don’t feel that explains all of my experience.

Product ordered on 28/12/23 and still waiting for it. Contacted Vetsend who said it must have got lost and would send order again but still not received it and according to the tracking information it’s still with sender.

Wrong item send
I placed this order on 20/12/23 with a delivery date of 27/12/23. I have yet to receive it and I have ran out of food for a dog with a medical condition. The new ETA is now 05/01/24. I queried it a couple of times. I’ve received a non-committal response the first time and after my second email I was informed the parcel got lost. Another one has been shipped which could I please not accept the delivery should the other turn up. I’d have expected to at least be offered a refund on the delivery cost. I am disappointed.
After some 2 weeks since the oder was placed but not received I rang (I presume) Holland. I was told, without hesitation, that Yodell had "lost" the goods If you knee immediately the goods were lost then why did no one contact me to advise me of the problem. Goods only re- ordered as a result of MY call!!!!

Jan 18,2024Made a first time order as the price was great and delivery date was perfect for when I needed it, well turns out it was delivered 3 days after stated, meaning I had to buy a second good batch elsewhere now costing me double the amount. Upon contacting customer service, I got a basic pre written script with no understanding or sympathetic view to me spending double, the delivery being late from what was stated or how the strict vet specific diet was interrupted. Customer service needs improvement.
