Mar 28,2018Reduced five star service to 4 because of delivery - had to wait 3 days for delivery (I live 12 miles from Vickers) - noted the couriers delivery note was for ‘next day delivery’ but obviously they don’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays? Also clicked on buy now pay in 12 months but that didn’t work when I got to check out, so had to pay in full. Other than that, very good service and products.

Mar 11,2018My order for a turntable was dealt with quickly and efficiently.It was despatched the next day.I was informed by e-mail but given no tracking information.Unfortunately,the delivery coincided with "The Beast from the East",so some delays were probably to be expected.However it still took nearly a week to arrive which,even given the state of the weather seemed a little excessive.I only found out where the package was by ringing Vickers and asking for tracking info.My main concern was that the courier was not bothered about me signing for it until I insisted.There seems little point in having a tracked and signed for delivery if the courier can't be bothered to get a signature.If I hadn't signed for it,who would have?The courier?How do you prove delivery?The parcel could have gone anywhere for all I know.Not ideal.Perhaps Vickers should look at their couriers.
