Dec 22,2017Great service when ordering new HiFi- gave advice on stock availability though unable to take order over phone. Dispatched within 3 hours of order, but then things went wrong- not of Vicker's making. UK Mail were appalling- should have delivered next day but left off van. Following day failed to deliver so requested to collect. However tracking system was so poor I didn't know what was happening. Eventually resolved at the cost of 100 miles petrol and 3 hours out of my day! Very happy with the Quad HiFi though!
