Mar 03,2018Don't bother with Customer services. I talked to Dave about a Faulty ADAPTER. SEND IT BACK. Was all I got from him. So I got one on Amazon now there's no problem. If you want buy the X12.Buy it from someone else. Thanks for Nothing

Mar 01,2018Excellent service, I rang them first before placing my order to check about their standard delivery (thought it was easier than an email & they were very helpful), so placed the order that evening & they shipped it the next day (with a free next working day delivery service, as it was in stock). I would definitely buy from them again & recommend them.

If they think you don't need it or barking up the wrong tree they will tell you in a friendly and not at all supercilious manner. Once you have put in your order, if they have the item in stock you will be opening the box enjoying the fast delivery turnaround. I found Vickers a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to both old hands and newbies.
