Nov 27,2017I purchased a pair of Ruark speakers from Vickers HiFi at a very competitive price. Due to abysmal communication and customer service by UK Mail the speakers ultimately found their way back to Vickers HiFi. The customer service provided by Vickers HiFi contrasted significantly to UK Mail with a proactive and supportive approach. It would have been easy for Vickers just to refund the money but instead they have sent out a new set of speakers with a different carrier. Very impressed

Nov 22,2017A little hiccup with delivery when the pair of speakers arrived on over two consecutive days. If having speakers delivered ask them to warn you if the consignment is being split. Other than that, perfect. Competitive prices, everything well packed and on time. Would recommend them.

Nov 21,2017The purchase started off badly as the company had a stock error and the item had been sold. However they addressed this quickly once I contacted the store to check on the purchase progress, they hadn't contacted me to explain the delay. The replacement goods subsequently needed exchange due to a manufacturing fault. This is where there are issues as the stores communications are lacklustre. In order to organise the exchange I called the store and requested to be cc'd into the email return request that needed to be sent. This request was refused out of hand without explanation.. To confirm the exchange given the above refusal I sent 2 further emails to Vickers regarding the exchange and to date I still have had no response. This neglect was clearly stupid as the request had been sent as I was contacted by the manufacturer regarding the exchange. Don't expect to be able to type more than a short sentence on the company's contact portal as it is character limited to a sentence or 2 at most.
