Jul 04,2021Brilliant service from start to finish. Loads of information about what was happening and when. Delivered as promised with no fuss. The material copied was not too good but that was because the original VHS recording was poor and they warned me about this very clearly so whilst that is disappointing it was not their fault. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jun 23,2021Hi, I had four video tapes converted, happy with delivery time and packaging. Unfortunately none of the discs will open/play on my laptop, I just get a '' this disc is write protected '' message, then nothing! I have been in contact with Jim, who has tried to help. I use VLC player, but until I can open/play the discs obviously nothing else I can do. I have another 12 tapes to convert, but am not adding to my stress ! Sorry to moan but thought this would be a nice way to get my four daughters copies of their childhood days. Regards A. Trusler
