Jun 12,2021Excellent efficient service. I would have given 5 stars but one of the video 8 tapes converted to MP4 had sound that was almost inaudible and I was disappointed as a result. It was of our children playing back in the very early 1990's and I know it had normal sound quality originally. This may well be because of the age of the tape? I keep meaning to contact the company to see if anything cn be done. The other tapes I had converted were as good as I recall the originals being.
