Jun 05,2021I was very impressed with the results of their copying and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to transfer Cine Film, VHS Tapes or Mini DV and DV8 Tapes. The Results are excellent and cannot be faulted if the original media was good in the first instance. Obviously, if the original media is no good, they cannot give a perfect result, but they will certainly do whatever they can to produce the best result possible.

May 28,2021I was unaware of the content of my tapes when I sent them in, and one of the tapes was blank, so I wasnt charged for it. The other tapes only had 15 minutes of recording on and the quality was so poor it was nearly impossible to distinguish, with the rest of the tape blank. I would have hoped to be contacted and asked it this was sufficient before payment was made. When I received the tapes and raised by concerns, I was offered no form of apology or refund. Unless you have high quality tapes and are aware of the contents, I would not recommend!!

Jun 10,2021Excellent service, I have used them twice in around a month. Every care is taken to send your original and new back. Their website is easy to use (twice I did it whilst at work and in a rush) and both times everything was seemless. After the first time I used them, I saw a local place that does it, but I wasn't even tempted to try them - I didn't even check to see if cheaper or anything like that, I had made my mind up to do the same again with the 2nd lot - via Video2DVDtransfers. Also, you dont pay until they confirm that they are about to do it, so I guess they are checking that there is something on what you sent in. Great stuff - have recommended to everyone!
