Jul 04,2023This home was absolutely beautiful! As soon as we walked in the home smelled brand new, it was so clean and there was coffee house jazz music playing on the television. Everything in this home from the outside pool area to the grill all the amenities was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for more. This home made us feel like we were in our own home, a home being clean and not run down means everything when you are renting. Then we got stranded in Orlando and couldn’t get home because of flight cancellations and we were not able to stay the 3 extra days in this home. Although Joshua did work with us which was truly appreciated they moved us to a different home “Victors Villa” which smelled like sewage when we arrived. The home was so dirty the sofa has stains all over it the outside grill had bbq sauce all over the wall the enclosed screen is ripped in two areas. There was nasty hair on the bathroom floors and in the showers which definitely was not ours. We kept getting locked out of the home because the front door lock was malfunctioning and so many things in this home were broken and not working. They did send maintenance out to fix them, some they could some they couldn’t. There were dead bugs on the window ledges in the upstairs entry way which never got addressed I was so disappointed coming from a beautiful home to this and paying the same amount for it. We did get 10% compensation which isn’t much considering. Victor’s Villa definitely needs to be pulled off and remodeled already. It is a shame what guests do to these homes but management should do better with consistency of the homes as hard as it may be. Had this been our first home I would never have come back but luckily Magic Mansion was new and had not had the chance to be destroyed by careless renters It’s definitely luck of the draw what you will get when renting. Jul 03,2023This vacation home is Amazing!! My family was so pleased. This house is equipped with everything you will need. Extremely clean in every part. Movie theater was amazing Pool Amazing Game room Amazing Neighborhood lazy River Amazing Host responded immediately to any questions I asked, also came over immediately to program a tv. I will most def be booking this home again.

Jul 01,2023Everything was nice and clean.The pictures online look good but the house looked even better in person.The house was fully equipped.We really didn’t have to leave the house for activities unless we wanted to.I will definitely be back.I wasn’t ready to leave.

Jun 30,2023It was home away from home...Fantastic service and the place was clean and had everything that we looked forward to. The Swimming pool was clean the game room was well serviced and the technical person who assisted to fix was promt and the kids enjoyed their 4 days stay.

Jun 28,2023The house was simply amazing!!! The pictures on the site, though great really don't do it justice. Everything we needed down to a playpen for my grandbaby was provided. We can't wait to come back!!!!

Jun 27,2023Fantastic House. So much room. 6 BR, 6.5 Bath, all BRs had baths inside the room. Great kitchen and outdoor grill. Great playground right across the street for the kids. Amazing TV/Game room with monster screen. Watched movies every night. Games took me back to my childhood. Pool and hot tub spot on. Upstairs lounge/game area was a hit as well with dartboard, shuffleboard and poker table and big screen tv. Very clean. Master bath shower was great.

Jun 26,2023The house was great. It has a lot of things some rentals don't that make vacationing away from home easier. Upon arrival we noticed we were locked out of one of the bathrooms attached to an upstairs bedroom. We noticed a Villatel Van on the road near the home. I asked the gentlemen to take a look and he agreed. he was very helpful and told us he was involved in a repair to the bathroom where the shower glass ended up being damaged and the bathroom was unavailable. Shortly after I was contacted via text message by Villatel to see how our experience was going. I mentioned it was great other than being down a bathroom and that we planned on having. One of the reasons we had specifically rented this house was because every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Advanced notice that the bathroom was unavailable would have been nice, instead of having to figure it out ourselves by talking to Villatel maintenance. I asked if they would be willing to compensate for the bathroom by adding pool heat. I asked for an update multiple times. This was aggravating only because we wanted to add pool heat and were willing to pay for it. Not receiving an answer went on long enough that we gave up on the pool heat as a our stay was ending soon. Villatel did compensate us for the unavailable bathroom in the end, but a more rapid response would have been appreciated.

Jun 24,2023The house was stunning! It was exactly as pictured and was spacious enough for our large group. The rooms were comfortable, the game room and theater room were enjoyable. The downstairs kid room was pretty warm but that was a very minor inconvenience. Overall I would definitely recommend to others and book again!

Jun 15,2023The house was great. Plenty of room, great amentiies--although some things had some wear and tear to them. The only negative for us was the amenities for the resort property. They constantly had the slide closed at the pool, which was the one thing our kids really looked forward to. We would trek over a mile to the 'waterpark' to find the slide closed. That was frustrating since it happened multiple times. Perhaps the Villatel section could have their own swimming amenities like it does its own playground. Other than that--the house and stay was great.

May 23,2023Stayed in Davenport, left my wallet in the room by mistake and someone obviously stole my money. I noticed my wallet missing about an hr after leaving, they told me the manager has it and will be shipped out via UPS that day. come to find out it took them 4 days to bring it to UPS. When wallet arrived I notice all my money ($250) was gone, I knew it’ll happen but I still called to let them know THEIR staff stole my money. They told me that they can’t confirm it was their staff Bc UPS came to pick up the wallet, packed it and shipped it, so it could’ve happened anywhere. I called the person listed as the sender on the package. Someone from Villatel who works in utilities picked up, when asked for the senders name “ Teresa” she seemed super surprised and said she’s not there. Told me to hold for about 3 mins, came back on and said she’ll call me back. Haven’t heard anything, that was 2 weeks ago. Long story short these ppl are shady and management is covering it up. Also the house we staying at was pretty ran down.

Apr 15,2023We rented a villa in January. There was glass in the pool. The kitchen didn't have hot water. The bowling alley didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work. They also lied to me and told me that we could control the air conditioning. The air conditioning would not go under 70. That was a specific question that I asked because it another place we were all very hot The reason that we rented the home was for the bowling alley. The bowling alley never worked. This company made promise after promise after promise. They lied to me on so many occasions. I had to boil water to wash dishes. It was like being in a Third World country. Every single day that we were there our vacation was interrupted by maintenance people coming in and out. We couldn't use the pool for two days while we waited for their maintenance crew to come and vacuum out the patio area and the pool. I would stay in a motel six and have a better experience than I had at Villatel. The funniest thing of all is that after everything they put me through. They decided to reimburse me the $300 that I paid to heat the pool. I never once mentioned the heat in the pool. The heat in the pool was about the only thing that was good.
