Apr 03,2022We enjoyed our experience at Davenport Villatel. The house was beautiful and accommodated 25 people. Everyone always had something to do from watching movies in the theater, swimming in the amazing pool, playing in the themed rooms with slides and a foam pit and playing in the game room. There was lots of space and we will definitely be visiting again. The only thing I would change is in the Anna and Olaf room there was a slide and the slide went straight into the closet door so the kids would slide down and hit right into the door. We had to stack pillows or have someone standing right there to block the door from the kids getting hurt. The closet door couldn’t open all the way or else we would have opened that to give more space to slide down.

Apr 03,2022Really nice stay, house was amazing. The pool with the basketball hoop was a fun and creative way to spend time in the pool. My area had a home theater and sometimes I even forgot it just a home theater. By far the best and luxurious vacation I’ve ever had.

Apr 03,2022We recently stayed at villatel as a family in Davenport and it was wonderful. The house has plenty of amenities to offer for everyone and there was something for everyone to do. The management team was responsive and quick to help when needed. From the pool to the theater room and all the other activities, it made for the perfect place for a large family to vacation. I will definitely be recommending this place and we will be back for another stay in the future.

Apr 03,2022Because I want to be completely honest I will share both the good and the bad regarding my stay. Starting with the good. The home was absolutely gorgeous you could not ask for anything else to be added. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a bowl of cereal or Thanksgiving dinner. And what can I say about the beds we tried everything to try to figure out the make and model of the mattress because I insisted that my husband run out and buy one immediately. I have never slept so good. The amenities inside the home could keep you there all day you wouldn’t even need to go out to the parks. The game room or should I say game rooms they come with the home has everything child or an adult could possibly dream house. Our home even had its own bowling alley that’s right not the digital kind but an actual throw the ball not down the pins bowling alley. And if you don’t wanna go out bowling how about go to the movies in the large 20 seated theater! All in all I could not say anything bad about the accommodations as a whole however I can definitely say something bad about the pool in the hot tub. Although the home came with a beautiful large swimming pool we unfortunately were unable to use it because the temperatures were fairly low even for Florida and the heater was not working. Even once the heater was repaired which they did come out and fix it promptly it took at least two days for the pool to finally warm up. The Jacuzzi however was able to heat up by that evening. All in all it was a fantastic vacation my one recommendation I will give to anyone traveling to stay on your property is call ahead and make sure that the pool heater is working and that they just turn it on before you arrive so that it has time to heat up. Apr 03,2022Villatel Village in Davenport Florida was amazing, our family and kids had a blast and cannot wait to go back. The house accommodated 25 of us without feeling cramped at all. We ended up spending a good majority of our vacation in the pool, playing games, and watching movies in theater room. It’s also only 20 minutes from Disney world which was very convenient. If you are looking for a VRBO this is where you will want to do it.

Apr 01,2022The house was awesome! So specious, clean and entertaining. The kids swam, watched movies, sang karaoke on the karaoke machine, and of course swam in the pool at the house and the community pool! I definitely recommend this house!

Mar 30,2022Our family couldn't have asked for a better stay in Orlando. The accommodations were absolutely perfect. We had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, a large kitchen and dining room to be able to enjoy meals, and between the game room, pool, hot tub, and movie theater - we had more than enough entertainment to keep us happy for a week. I can't wait to come back!

Mar 27,2022we stayed at this house for a week and it was so so fun. the amenities are super fun and there are so many of them. if was very useful that there were towels for the pool and separate towels for showers. over Alli works say that this was one of the best rental houses I've ever started at.

Apr 06,2022Beautiful house in a great community! Very clean and stocked with fresh towels, pillows & blankets. Helpful / responsive staff tried their best to address pool heating issues. Kids loved the theater room and upstairs games. Will definitely stay again!
