The house was immaculately clean, the entertainment center was used nightly for watching movies/television shows, loved the arcade room and the kids loved the themed bedrooms. I'd recommend staying here to anyone who was visiting the Orlando area.

Mar 10,2022The house was wonderful, had something for all ages! The pool was wonderful and got all day sun, which was great during the winter months. Villatel was very responsive to any concern or need we had bwfore and during our stay! Inwould highly recommend.

Mar 08,2022The home was fantastic! The common areas in the home were so inviting for everyone to gather together and have a great time in a lux home setting that is very unique. The pool and outdoor area was a great place to sit and unwind and so many fun things to do in the house (theater, pool, scrabble, darts, etc.). We will definitely return.

Feb 25,2022Our grandkids quickly renamed this place ‘The Fun House’ and it lived up to that for all in our large family. While we took advantage of the local attractions, we could have stayed at the house and our vacation would have been just as amazing. Also, the customer service team was so helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Feb 25,2022Great house, everything we could ever need. The pool was a little too heated at times and there was no way to adjust the temp and the carpet was dirty but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Feb 25,2022Overall, the experience was very luxurious and enjoyable. The space was exceptional and very clean; it is probably one of the cleanest places I have ever been. There was a pool, arcade, indoor trampoline and more. Customer service is quick to help and answer any questions you may have. The only issue was security; our security was attempting to give us parking instructions (which they are not authorized to do.) There is a sign that informs guests that they are not authorized to give parking instructions, yet they still attempted to. Besides that minimal hiccup, it was an amazing experience. We plan to come back with our group.

Feb 18,2022Royal Headquarters with Bowling Alley at Solterra Very disappointing... I booked the house on VRBO for the amenities that it had to offer. The main reason was in the bowling alley that the house had been advertised on VRBO. When I arrived, I discovered that the bowling alley was half built and not operable ! This is very big disappoint due to the fact, I have handicap niece that was so excited to bowl and I had to inform her that it was not possible. She was very sad and cried that she couldn't bowl for the week. I called customer service at Villatel (owner of the house), to see if there was another house with bowling alley ? They said no, asked for upgrade to offset the difference in amenities, they said nothing was available. They offered me $500 credit, wow so generous. Then I asked to speak with the manager, they said he would call me the next day. Never called ??? Not very impressive customer service ! I will never rent from this company again. They knew the bowling alley was not finished, but highlight the bowling alley in there advertisements to entice renters. To me this is very deceitful and false advertisement! Feb 17,2022The house was AMAZING! It was very spacious and clean. Felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel! The interior design also was beautiful and the themed rooms were the icing on top of the cake. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in central Florida area!

Feb 17,2022The house was amazing. The kids had a blast. All the amenities are awesome. Only complaint was one of the kids slides wasn’t safe for use and we had trouble with door knobs coming off. Would absolutely stay here again!
