Mar 24,2022The house was huge, beautiful and extremely clean. A few issues, such as clogged drain and exposed staples on a bed…that were quickly corrected by maintenance soon after our arrival. Owner very quick to respond. Pool boy showed up unannounced on two occasions, which was startling to see someone walking through the open lanai. A heads up would have been nice. All of us enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We paid extra to have the pool heated….? The house ….and neighborhood lost power for 2 hours during our stay, but that has no bearing on the owner, just a minor annoyance to us, Kitchen lacked saucepans, and this house accommodates 18 people, but only one refrigerator. There was not adequate cold storage for this size of house. Bring lots of coolers. Grill was extra charge. For the price of this rental, a grill should be included,as should a heated pool. Kids loved the game room and movie theatre. Showers were large, but the tiled showers had no niches for soap or shampoo. Everything had to be placed on the floor. Cleaning crew removes EVERYTHING previous renters leave behind…so bring salt, pepper, trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. What they provide will last you 1-2 days at most. They say they donate what you leave behind but…? with Covid….probably goes home with the cleaners or to the dump, so take your products home with you.. Beds were kings in 5 of the 8 bedrooms and very comfortable with extra pillows. Pool Towels and Bath Towels provided. A few light bulbs burned out, but we didn’t feel the need to have maintenance back to replace front porch light and an island light. These should have been noticed by property manager and handled before our arrival. All in all… Solaris Resort is fabulous, the home, clubhouse and resort pool….all amazing! Something for any age group. Our 18 member family ranged in age from 2 to 71. We highly recommend! If not for the extra charges for heated pool, grill, lack of kitchen pans, and pool boy interruptions this would be a 5 star review.

Mar 19,2022We stayed at Villatel for a week while on spring break. The house was wonderful and lots of activities to do both inside and outside. We had a slight issue with a few of the toilets flushing but thankfully the maintenance staff was quick to respond and take care of the issue. Overall, it was a great experience.

Mar 18,2022We had 20 people staying and many walks of life from active 5 to to 77yo with walker. Fun for all at the pool, covered for bugs, critters. Fun at karaoke, the fun themed kids rooms, shuffle board, bowling, pac-man arcade, driving race game, air hockey, and huge kitchen. You need to make sure to bring all food items, extra laundry soap for this many people, hand soaps too. It was so impressive and more people could have stayed. Amazing.

Only thing that was a problem for our us was that the oven was broken when we arrived, and we had already brought groceries to use that we were unable to. We called management and they sent out technicians but were unable to fix it. Hopefully they fix it for the next guests.

Mar 11,2022My family rented the most beautiful home for 10 days. Renting a grill saved us alot of money and led to great family BBQ by the pool. The hot tub was an amazing way to end the day after all the walking through theme parks. Our home had 2 game rooms so we held tournaments for air hockey, billiards, racing arcade, bowling arcade, and basketball arcade games. The movie theater room was also a family favorite! We had such an amazing time that we spent the majority of our vacation in the home. The home had more than enough room for 13 of us and we had our own bathrooms which was a big plus! We plan on coming back every year now!

Mar 10,2022The property was clean, spacious, and luxurious. The most used spaces in the house were the game room, movie theater, and pool. We had a great experience and would highly recommend it to another group that needs lots of bedrooms and easy access to Disney.
