Feb 16,2022Place was super nice and kid friendly. Themed kids bedrooms were amazing. No street parking so that was a challenge. Lot's of construction going on that started promptly and loudly at 8am. Guards at gate house could be friendlier. Nurse Ratchet comes to mind. Less than 30 minutes to Disney. I would stay there again.

Feb 14,2022An amazingly wonderful home you will not be disappointed in. We stayed for a week in Feb 2022 and fell in love with the location, layout, and all the amenities the resort had to offer. The property is extremely clean and spacious offering more bedrooms than our group of 12 could use. The living areas are spacious with a great sliding door that opens the pool area to the family room. My only disappointment was with the arcade games offered in the upstairs space. Before arriving we read that these games were not functioning. We had hoped that after sometime these would be fixed - this was not the case. It might be good to put a disclaimer in your offering that games may not be working at the time of rental. Additionally - it would be great if the property had some of the amenities that make a house a home. when traveling its nice to not have to go out and buy shampoo, soaps, additional TP, etc. Stocking the house with these items would only make the experience that much more enjoyable. Overall the house is a 10....We very much enjoyed out stay and will definitely will be back again in the future.

Feb 08,2022I am somewhat torn about writing this review. In 2019 I rented one of their properties and had a wonderful experience. When it was time for another family gathering I chose to use them again. Those working in reservations are amazing! I called several times, with numerous questions and I found them to be very helpful. I chose the house called the playful palace. When we arrived at the home after the stated check in time it was not ready. I was disappointed, but it was not the end of the world. It would have been better for them to have let us know. We left some basics in the house and left. I specifically asked the cleaning crew to take their time because I did not want them rushing because they felt like I was waiting. I did not want cleaning shortchanged, but it happened anyway. Grossly the house was cleaned but we noticed a few things; my mother found a balled up pillow case in her bed. We are assuming it was clean and just mixed in with the sheets, but...One of my nieces said the decorative blanket on her bed had stains on it. The trampoline room is not cleaned thoroughly. It was evident just by looking, but there was also debris- broken crayons and paper left on one of the tiers. When my mother and I returned from letting them clean, we could not get into the house. The keypad did not work and we had to call someone to get a key. How is one key going to work with a house that holds 34 people?! The person that came to let us in stated that there had been a problem with the lock for some time and that they are waiting on the warranty or part. Not my problem and I don't really care. We just want things to work. We get up in the morning to find that that there are no mugs so have to drink hot beverages in glasses. There were also other limited supplies in the kitchen that I had specifically inquired about. Guest services was called and someone brought mugs and platters. The next issue was the kitchen. We had hired a private chef for our stay. When she heard that we had other issues in the home she informed me that neither of the ovens were working properly. Guest services was called again; one oven was down and needed a part, and the other was on a special setting that prevented it from going above a certain temperature. Both of these issues should have been known and handled before booking other guests. Next, at approximately 3 in the afternoon the pool guy came, kicked everyone out of the pool, performed his service, told us to stay out of the pool for 2 hours and told us to turn off the water going in the pool in the same time period. WHAT? I don't perform pool service, and what if we were leaving?! Another call to guest services and I am told that the pool isnt supposed to be serviced when guests are there, but BETWEEN guests. Go figure. A few little things; the ceiling fans were not programmed for use in a few rooms, there were no instructions for the theater room- that ended up not mattering because the wifi is trash. There is limited wifi and cell service in the house (most of us have ATT). I will say that that the people I spoke to in guest services were very patient, kind and helpful (offered late checkout and a call from management (that never happened)), but I should not have had to speak to them at all, let alone multiple times for a short stay. This seems like gross mismanagement to me and far inferior service than what I had experienced in the past especially for their prices. I did not spend that much money to spend time on the phone, have my guests uncomfortable and not have access to features of the home. The final straw was an email from them the night I checked out stating that there was substantial damage in the home that I was responsible for with included pictures. The cost was $1500 plus repairs. The pictures were from A DIFFERENT HOUSE. I dont know if this was an honest error or an attempt of a scam. Thankfully we had pictures of how we left the place to prove that we had not been destructive. We have all been through a lot in the last few years, but money and customer service should still have value. I did not get what I paid for with this experience. It is disappointing, because I had such a great experience the last time and would have continued to use them in the future if this had not been so bad. They are too busy trying to set up more homes, instead of making sure what they have is functioning properly. Caveat emptor.

Feb 07,2022This was a very nice place. There are only a few reasons why I didn’t give it five stars. First the light switches need to be changed. They use a remote for each room but the problem is the remotes will work in any room they are not linked to only that rooms light. When turning them off or on it will turn all the rooms off or on. As well as if you pay for pool heat they did not tell us it only runs from 8 am to 8 pm unless you tell them to turn it on all the time. I think this should be noted when paying for the up charge or just have it all the time seeing as how it is an up charge

Feb 07,2022Our family definitely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are great & lots to do in & around the house. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness & the pool/hot tub heat, but those weren’t a big deal. However all the upstairs lights & fans are connected. Each room has their own remote but each remote controls every bedroom upstairs. That caused a lot of annoyance for everyone. Overall though I think we all really liked the house & our stay there.

Feb 05,2022We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house is spacious and easily fit our party of 11 with rooms to spare. The two kid themed rooms were so fun and a huge hit! Our kids especially loved the game room and spent any free time they had in there. The pool was a good size and nice and warm (we paid to heat it which was worth it) for an unseasonably cold January. The location was about 20 minutes from the parks and attractions, but that felt reasonable and easy. The neighborhood was cute and I enjoyed taking a jog around the lake and pool complex. There are restaurants and stores close by and in between the home and the parks which was convenient. We would love to go back!

Feb 05,2022House was beautiful. Spacious. Loads of amenities. One of the arcade games did not work but staff was out promptly to try to resolve issue. Hot tub and pool were a big hit with the kids. Kids actually didn’t want to leave the fun of the house to go to Disney. Gym was pretty good but wish it opened earlier than 8. We’ll definitely be back!

Feb 04,2022Beautiful Home, but had a few issues with the theater controller, no sand for the shuffle board until the 2nd to last night, stove light was never fixed but the biggest was the Hot Tub. We are on record having the Maintence people out multiple time about this. We would like to chat with someone about getting some monies back on that charge. All in all it served it purpose and we had an enjoyable time. Thanks, Mike

Feb 03,2022Definitely recommend! The weather was cold and rainy during our stay but the team was very quick to allow for more heat in the house and pool! The kids didn’t even mind all the extra time spent at the house because there’s so much to do. Great layout, plenty of space and safe feeling community.
