As soon as you turn down the lane and approach the mill you know you're going to find something unique. From being greeted on arrival with a coffee and a home-baked treat you feel you are part of a very inclusive family, comfortable to browse or just sit until you find the piece you dreaned of, or never knew you needed. Our sofa was delivered and assembled by a courteous team and we also received a lovely leather care kit. Fantastic quality and highly recommended.

If you need unique pieces of furniture, rugs, ornaments very authentic and durable Vintange Sofa is one stop shop for me. 5star for Facebook stories I have picked on pieces via FB and respone is 💯

Dec 21,2024What a company and what a back story.. it’s not about my furniture blending in, it’s about my furniture blending out, in and over.. the colours, the fabrics, the styles, the comfort and the WOW just make me want to constantly buy more pieces, because just when you think you have all you need another piece of scrumdiddyumptiousness is placed before my eyes..service is fantastic and the set up Of the store really allows you to see it all together working..

Dec 20,2024Wow this company is tops, I have not been to there place yet, but what they do is excellent customer service, I have been following them on Facebook, and I like alot of things they show, so I got in touch with them, and wow there so helpful and warmly, when talking to them, they have told me to take my time and when I'm ready to go to there mill, they will welcome me with tea & biscuits, wow you don't find that at stores , everything I have asked about through messenger aswell, is no trouble for them 💯% customer services, send pics over measurements, ask what else I like nothing upto now is any problem for tgem, so in the New Year I cannot wait to pay a visit, and I'm 💯 % sure I will not be disappointed ☺ what made me follow them.was there generosity towards the TV programme I watched rich house poor house true genuine people , who helped a family to thrive in what they loved doing ☺

Dec 20,2024so not purchase from this company £3200 paid for a sofa and chair. 3 weeks in all sagging creases and looks like it’s been jumped all over. one part hasn’t been sat on and yet it’s all crumpled and sagged. their response is disgustingly and then they go and block your calls and communication. because frame is fine basically the material it’s tough how do you plump something that’s not sat on exactly?? as for rich house poor house we shall see because i’m more than happy to take this to the media. i will be contacting my payment method and pulling back the money. do not purchase because any problems even when less than a month old they don’t want to know. the pictures you sent was of the springs a frame!!! the issues is with the rubish fillings the fabric is baggy on the frame. the under is razor sharp staples all stuck out. be honest you’ve sold a suite for £3200 that’s all baggy kiss shaped and looks like tat from a car boot. you did not offer a second inspection do not lie about that!! more than happy to share the images of the awful suit 3 weeks in the home faults reported and the report you sent to be couldn’t be read as i’ve said the images are not of the cushions most don’t fit to the suit and all you want to say of fluff them up all the time. you will not be keeping my hard earned money and leaving me with this rubish you’ve sent that’s for sure. 6 million turn over a year clearly all about profit and not about customer service utter greed. you did block me again another lie. i will be taking this further so hold on.

Dec 19,2024I ordered over the phone as I had a few questions and they were extremely helpful and friendly. My pink chaise sofa arrived on time and was delivered to the top floor and assembled by the delivery company. I didn't have to lift a finger which was fab! Sofa is firm but comfy and looks amazing in my lounge. Really good quality. I will say the pink velvet is not as Barbie/neon pink as on the website photos, it's more of a deep pink. Really impressed with the overall service and quality. Would recommend and buy from them again!

The delivery guys were super, we live rurally and they found us, took great care delivering and assembled it exactly where I wanted it. Highly recommended 🌟

Dec 18,2024What’s fabulous about Vintage Sofa Co is that it’s Vintage in name but also in ‘feel’. It harks back to a day of family owned business and not chains, coffee and cake and genuine one to one chats and not approaches simply to sell, a shop in a mill amongst woodland with intriguing contents and not a warehouse on an industrial estate with copy cat furniture and finally an array of colour and pattern and not a selection of insipid neutrals. Let the interior designer in you run free - you won’t be sorry you made the effort to go and you’ll likely fall in love with a sofa that is perfect, just for you.

Dec 23,2024My friend and I came to visit on a very rainy day and were surprised with what we eventually found, once we found it ! The mill is filled with extraordinary room sets . Vibrant colours, unusual pieces exciting ideas all set in a warm welcoming no pressure environment.
