Dec 18,2023Amazing shop, You have got to visit it š¤© i donāt think you could get better customer service and quality products at great prices anywhere else. Bought Two sofas, a chandelier, two dresser units and a large picture and we just love everything. Canāt wait for our next visit!

Dec 17,2023What a fabulous company! From the initial contact, the interaction has been superb. We ordered an Albert four seater sofa in Emerald green. It was promised to be delivered quickly before Christmas, and itās already here! The quality of the sofa itself could not honestly be any better the build quality, the fabric, colour and comfort is first class. Weāll definitely be buying a further armchair for our lounge in the New Year! Great company to do business with, I can highly recommend them!

Whilst browsing through the store we were given homemade brownies and coffee. All queries we had were answered professionally. So glad we found this little gem of a store!!!!!

We first visited the showroom a few weeks ago and was greeted by George who was really helpful and very patient with us whilst we decided what we wanted. I would definitely recommend the company and a visit to the showroom which is amazing!

The Vintage Sofa Company was prompt with their replies and help and the delivery guys were great too, would definitely use them again and would like to visit the showroom when we are that way. Dec 14,2023Absolutely horrified with the customer service from Vintage Sofa Co. Please be aware they delete and block people on Facebook if they comment they need help or have a problem with their sofa and are just going round in circles with their customer service. You will only see the comments they allow and donāt delete so not a true reflection. So all looks absolutely amazing and I fell into this trap and purchased through Facebook. Paid nearly Ā£4000 for a sofa and chair. Leather is all scratched some very deep one huge scratch across the front cushion of the armchair (they have agreed to replace this but not until next year). The other damage they will send a technician to assess??? If you wish to rely on your legal rights through distance selling and right to return due to unacceptable state of the furniture- they tell you your order is ābespokeā when it is in fact not itās just made to order?. I have the exact same sofa many others have purchased and in fact other companies sell - same dimensions, same colour, same fabric. They are very polite and say āyes you can return your sofa but because itās ābespokeā you can return the sofa at your own cost but only for a credit note they will not refund you your money. Then they say because a technician hasnāt viewed the sofa itās classed as a change of mind? Oh my Gosh honestly we are horrified 27 emails later and they just basically keep saying āNope they are bespoke you canāt have your money back you can have a credit note or a technician to assess. Please, Please believe this review and make sure you donāt buy through Facebook or if you desperately want to buy make sure the sofa is in stock not being made by their manufacturers as they will call it bespoke and if you have any issues with your sofa you will be stuck with it or a credit note and having all the problems I am. In no circumstances will they refund you your cash. Also get everything in writing as they go back on their word what they say on the phone to you. Please be warned. I canāt leave a negative review on facebook now because Iāve been blocked for asking for help on one of their posts. Absolutely shocking. Iām still waiting for them to explain how what I purchased is bespoke and not made to order?

Was blown away with the furniture, the setting and the fabulous staff who all went out of their way to make me feel welcome and find the sofa of my dreams! Nothing was too much bother and price for delivery to Scotland was really reasonable. I absolutely love my sofa and chair.

Dec 06,2023I found the Vintage Sofa Company online from a Google search and was drawn to the style of their sofas - as well as the price. More expensive than some, but not exorbitant and hopefully, the quality will mean that it will last a very long time! The team took time to speak on the phone and helped me to decide on my purchases. I bought a Lamour 3 seater with 2 cushions. They stated their lead time was about 8-12 weeks, and ours came in 9 weeks. They sent notifications about the sofa being in production, and when it was ready. Also the delivery by ASB was very straightforward and efficient. We are really pleased with the sofa!

Nov 17,2023What a gem of a place. Packed with beautiful goods. Needed a new sofa so decided a visit was needed. When we entered it was like stepping in to another world. Beautiful products laid out to showcase them at their best. Relaxed 1st class service with absolutely no pressure we were left to browse at our own pace but we're able to get answers to all our questions without any trouble. Left happy having totally restyled the lounge at a very reasonable price. Will be back, will definitely recommend and the tray bakes are delicious

Thereās lots of very quirky yet classy stuff and if you donāt walk away having bought something beautiful for your home, youāll walk away with tons of inspiration for your home. I still look on their Facebook page all the time to find the next item that I just canāt live without. And if the amazing showroom isnāt enough, thereās also the wonderfully welcoming staff who give you a brew and a biscuit while you wander around in awe!!
