Nov 01,2023Well worth the 2 hr journey to visit the showroom that’s just like an Aladdin’s cave …. Gorgeous array of furniture cushions rugs sofas you don’t know where to look first ! We visited purposely to look at the Howard love seat in olive . Needless to say we purchased the love seat and put in the car to take home , fell in love with the 3 seater sofa too which we also paid for and it was delivered the following week . George was very helpful with our purchase . We need to pay another visit as I’m wanting a rug now to finish off the room 🥰

Truthfully, the furniture is second to none... the most difficult thing is to which item/s to chose.. Fabulous quality and style at its best.

Oct 24,2023The trip from Scotland to this beautiful furniture showroom was well worth the journey. We had visited various furniture places locally only to be uninspired by the bog standard selection. However having discovered their website online we decided to take the road trip down to North Yorkshire. Wow, what a fabulous selection of beautiful furniture, rugs and accessories they stock. We were spoiled for choice! With the help of a lovely friendly assistant, who was really very helpful and provided us with excellent knowledgeable information and advice, we chose 2 sofas with coordinating cushions, a rug and 2 sheepskins. We were made very welcome with coffee and cake and our wee dog was also welcomed into the showroom too. He even got his photo taken sitting on one of their sofas which later received lots of likes on their Facebook page! Would highly recommend this amazing showroom with excellent customer care and a fantastic selection of quality and quirky furniture. If your looking for something that wee bit different then this is the place to go.

Oct 24,2023I purchased two zebra print velvet chairs from this company. From the first contact to the chairs being delivered the customer service was 2nd to none. They are quick to reply to messages and phone calls and are amazingly friendly whenever you speak to them. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products. It was a difficult decision to buy without actually sitting in the chairs, however, the communication and knowledge of the customer service team was so brilliant that we were confident to buy without trying them and that was the best decision that we made. Delivery was perfect. The chairs themselves are of a very high standard, in build, material and quality. They are incredibly comfortable, super stylish and and great value for money. They are always commented upon by anybody that comes to the house. The products are made in the UK and supporting a small independent family business is so important to us. If you’re concerned about buying online without actually trying the sofas/chairs just go for it - you won’t be disappointed, we weren’t. When I need a new sofa, the vintage sofa co will be my only choice 👌🏼.

Oct 20,2023Couldn't think of a better place to visit 😍. Amazing showroom, best rocky road I've ever tasted 😋 amazing bunch of people, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Could recommend enough. Oh.....and we love our new sofas!

Oct 19,2023I had been keeping an eye on Vintage Sofa Co for sometime as our renovation progressed. I visited lots of shops in person, but kept being drawn back to VSC’s website. When the corner sofa I loved came on offer I decided to go for it, even though I hadn’t seen the furniture in real life. I was so happy when the sofa arrived. It was exactly as described- even better! The member of the team that dealt with my order was so friendly and helpful, and the delivery guys were equally so. The set it up in the position I wanted. Very pleased with the entire experience!

Oct 19,2023Amazing service and shopping experience from start to finish. Our visit to the showroom was well worth the 4 hour plus round trip. We were greeted warmly and enjoyed complimentary brownies and hot drinks. Everything is beautifully displayed, so much so it is hard to decide on which items we were less keen. Loved pretty much everything we saw. Great purchasing experience. Staff super helpful, even with us changing our kind and altering our order a few times after our visit. We received super helpful videos to help us out with our choices. The items were delivered as promised and we are thrilled with the quality, comfort and appearance. Highly recommended.

Oct 19,2023Gorgeous showroom in the mill with so many beautiful items! Customer service has been beyond excellent, especially as we ended up not being able to take delivery for months as our house sale fell through! Once we’re in the new house, I’m sure we’ll be back for more bits!

Oct 19,2023We recently purchased a sofa, chair and footstool. After a long drive, we were greeted by friendly staff, a lovely coffee and delicious cake. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous and was so hard to choose (so much so, we went back the week after to order… and for more cake)!! No pressure at all but staff are on hand if needed. A lovely shopping experience!

Oct 19,2023Fantastic experience from start to finish. You are greeted at the door by the lovely staff and they find a bit more about what you are looking for. They are very informative and then they leave you to go and check them out on your own encourage you to test them and the different fabrics etc. You do not feel pressured at all, it’s a lovely, warm and friendly atmosphere. All the furniture is amazing, we are so happy with our sofa but would like to buy everything in the shop.

We had help with styling the room, choosing our furniture and delivery was excellent too! Couldn’t recommend them more!!! We’ll definitely be back when we do our family room!!!

I recommend this company to anyone I know and I’m not surprised to hear that customers come from far and wide . I have bought a variety of items over the years , huge leather sofa , side tables , wall art and large sheepskins for added luxury . You won’t be disappointed

Nov 02,2023I purchased a Bertie 3 seater and snuggle chair. Brilliant company to buy from. Unfortunately my measuring was wrong and the 3 seater would not fit. They exchanged for the 2 seater with no hassle. Brilliant customer service and beautiful furniture. Thank you so much.
