Mar 24,2025your products are highly rated and I definitely believe in your quality. It's just that when i tried to order my first product from Vivosun after almost 6 weeks of waiting the order was no where near progressed towards me receiving the item I ordered... maybe its not Vivosun's issue directly, but it definitely affected my customer experience.. I ended up buying a different item with a different company.. I hope the next time I attempt to purchase from Vivosun it is a better experience.

Mar 23,2025Hello, I am actually very frustrated because I have been trying to reach someone in regards to an order I placed. I receive parts that do not work but are just defective I believe. I have sent over 3 emails asking how to get the things back to them also I can get what I need. I lost almost an entire grow because of things I bought that aren’t working or don’t do what it says it does on description. I’m going to stay with VIVOSUN and hope something changes soon but so far my first impression is not the best. I was really looking forward to this and now I have to wait even longer.

Mar 23,2025I own three tents, 2 x 4 x 60, and two 4 x 4 x 80. I have the H09, and the H19 humidifiers I have all the lights, in-line fans, aero wave fans, the grow hubs, grow cams, did I miss anything? I don’t think so. I had one issue with a fan and I sent the appropriate information, and they replaced it within a week. I’m on my third grow. LOVE WHAT YOU GROW

Mar 22,2025Items show up at different times and in separate boxes... Also product name all over packages not only will porch thieves get cool grow gear but they also know if the get in your house there might be cannabis growing. The products work great but protect the customer a bit.

Mar 22,2025Humidifier stopped working 2 days after receiving. 2nd humidifier was never shipped, had to submit a refund. Grow Tent has multiple light leaks around the zipper!
