Mar 22,2025Vivosun’s bags are superb! Vicodin sent my order promptly and I implore others to try their grow bags. I’ve been using them for three years now because my yard has very little sunny areas and I have had a bountiful vegetable harvest. Their grow bags are long lasting and are available in various sizes. I would recommend this product to any gardener.

Mar 21,2025I ordered a humidifier and it sat in processing for over 10 days. I reached out several times to see why and never got a response. I eventually just had to cancel as the item never went passed processing. The worst customer service because there isn't any as I got nothing back and you didn't even try to send my item out even after 10 days. Never again will I purchase from you.

Mar 21,2025I give VivoSun in general a thumbs up. I've been ordering from them since 2017 and they always send quality products. I've never had to return anything, and everything always works as expected. That isn't common so they are my go to for the last decade.

Mar 20,2025Every time I've called customer support they have been extremely helpful with every question I have. They help me plan for future purchases and help me with questions I have about my grow processes. One thing that I think would be hugely beneficial to both vivo Sun the company and their customer community if there were agents that could go to people's houses or places of business and help them set up their equipment and show them all of the options that come with all the different devices you guys offer. This is my very first time growing with a grow tent. I have grown vegetables outdoors for years but this time is the first time I've ever tried to grow medicine indoors in a grow tent. Cannabis plant is a lot different than things I'm used to and I have no experience or knowledge with all these devices and technology and I'm sure people would pay memberships or subscription prices for this type of thing.
