Mar 16,2025Vivosun was very helpful and prompt when I had trouble with my humidifier. After some troubleshooting, it still wasn't operating properly, so they replaced it, without question. I'm thankful, as I really needed the humidifier at the time. I have multiple different brands, but this one, by far, is the best. I'll be purchasing several more, so I can spread them all between my plant cabinets, instead of having to move this one back and forth. Excellent company that stands behind their product 100%.
