Feb 18,2025I really like the products but customer service is lacking in as much as they don’t listen to what you are actually saying, so tech support that could take minutes on the phone turns into a week or more of them misunderstanding of multiple email. I will be moving platforms when it make sense to. Until then I just hope I don’t need any help!

Feb 18,2025I like vivosun tents, I have purchased 6 so far. This one is kinda crapy. I can see light through the zipper strip. I wish you would use magnetic strips. The tents are supposed to be stealthy and seal tight for negative pressure the zippers affects this.

Feb 17,2025When I receive the package, it was already used and small black mildew really bad. The representative online told me that they could assure me. It has never been used before. That is absolutely false. They did give me a return shipping label to send the product back to them. I have not received my new product yet.
