Feb 17,2025I understand things only have a year warranty but when you only do one grow and then on your second growth things malfunction and you're just simply told it's out of warranty after spending a bunch of money it's kind of disheartening but then gives you a chance to maybe try the other guy's stuff and see how it works out

Feb 17,2025Customer service can't help you with technical problems when you call. They send a message to tech support and then you get an email a couple days later asking you to email them with a video showing the problem. My problem has not been solved.

Feb 16,2025In total I have placed 4, medium to large orders from Vivosun over the past 45 days. Easy website, items ship quickly. Everything received has been of good quality and as advertised. Only issue is shipping carriers- I do wish Vivosun had shipping options or used a single shipper across there warehouse network.

Feb 16,2025After reading a lot of bad reviews I kept as open a mind as I could with the dehumidifier. It does remove some moisture from the air, not quickly and not a lot. In a small room it would be pointless, in a grow tent it makes a good difference but not enough to be able to work with pollen safely.

Feb 15,2025Everything I’ve bought from Vivosun has had some type of issue. Started with the tent kit that was supposed to be everything I needed. Well it was sent with VS1000 light that was completely inadequate for a 4x4 tent. Then a dehumidifier that only worked for one “season”. Now it runs for days and only fills reservoir with a few tablespoons of water. Even though the tent is over 50% humid. The oscillating fan no longer oscillates. The VS1000 light got cat hair on it from setting on my carpet and I can’t get it off. I tried following the cleaning instructions but the surface is too “sticky” and the hair doesn’t budge. I reached out to support with question about using a controller with the VS3000 light and I got a generic response that was misinformation. I will now use AC Infinity for all my grow room needs. Their product is superior to yours and so is their support.

Feb 17,2025The light with the fan attached has made a good difference in my tent due to it's size 2×2×4. I know longer need the small fan attached. This is a great peace of equipment 2 in 1and it works well. To date I've set it up through that app. One note, don't download the app until you have the light set up in your area first.
