Feb 14,2025I am not sure whether I am being scammed. I made an order 2 days ago. They took the money but received no confirmation email, no order number. So I don’t know what will happen. Also there is no contact information on the website

Feb 12,2025Order not delivered in time , paid for extra delivery charge to be with me in 2- 3 days because of decorator booked in . Very disappointing. Thought this company was UK based because of UK website address didn't realise it was based in Sweden wouldn't have ordered if that was clear, no contact phone number or contact email address all contacts from website and Instagram links don't work!

Feb 10,2025Wallpaper was as we ordered it. The delivery is the issue. It was not clear at all that the cheaper delivery option was to a pick up point not to our address. The delivery address showed as ours but then in another email above it says to pick up point but not clear. The pick up point was on a main road and no parking so picking up wallpaper and having to carry it to the car is not good. Also tracking was not live tracking so we didn't know when it had arrived and also who the courier was - info the pick up point wanted.

Jan 29,2025Placed an order for 5 roll @€164. You told me all about klarna but wouldn’t take any payment method other than card. A scam advertising Kearns which appears no more than a picture of a logo on your site. Placed the order and had to screenshot amount paid and what I bought, no order number, no tracking no email sent, no receipts. Company DO not reply to this with shite either, I’ve messaged FB, Insta, no email (not 1) on website but emailed the email reply I got on insta and ….. ignored REPLYING … I emailed you already as I said above and you’ve ignored it. Also have rang 5 times between 13:00-15:00 the number you state on your website which is also fake. I have yet to receive any reply, email, receipt, tracking so please do send that immediately rather than replying more email address you don’t reply to

Jan 23,2025UPDATE: It seemed to be a total mix up so only fair that I redo a review as after my first review they reached out and rectified the situation swiftly; which I appreciate. The wallpaper then arrived within a week and it is perfect too. Just still a bug bare that there is no contact info on the website as I could have reached out sooner and not felt like I was in the midst of being scammed ☺️ but customer service has been great following the issue I raised. Thankyou!
