Great service, just a little misleading from the website info, paid for quick delivery, was unaware there would be a delay before dispatch while the product was sourced. Didn’t cause a problem in the end with timing, but could have been made clearer at the point of ordering. Thanks.
Initially did not receive an email confirming my order, (although it was a Saturday evening) so I genuinely thought I’d been scammed….how wrong I was. Clear information sent on the Monday morning and updates everyday. Received items on the Thursday!! Amazing
I had been waiting for a decent sale on the wallpaper I had chosen for my new home. I was incredibly impressed by the low price at Wallpassion and bought immediately without my usual checks on the company, reviews etc. I did not receive a confirmation email, which immediately worried me. I checked reviews and found that going back some months people were posting that they too did not receive confirmation and some saying it was a scam because they didn't receive their order. That worried me because it was a considerable amount of money that I had spent. I eventually got an email from the company assuring me it was not a scam, this was after putting a negative review on TP and on their FB page. I then received a dodgy looking ups email saying my order would be delivered Friday. It didn't arrive. I then got an email that it would be delivered Monday. It didn't arrive. I then got emails to go and collect it from a shop with a collection point in the next village over from me. We went over and after a lot of fiddling about, found my order in the cubby. I am VERY happy with my wallpaper, which is why I gave 3 stars, but the company needs to improve it's customer service, provide confirmation emails for a start and why not deliver to the person's home? It is a faff to go to a collection point and not everybody drives. All in all, when I consider the stress and worry, the complicated procedure of having to go to collect it, I'm really not sure the saving on the cost of the wallpaper was worth it. Finally, the company is in Sweden and many of the emails were at least in part in Swedish. I wish them well, because it is a great idea and they have some beautiful wallpapers for sale on their website, but, just bear in mind all the rest and be prepared to have to drive some distance to collect your order.
Competively priced for Boråstapeter compared to other UK sites and very fast delivery from Sweden (despite Brexit). Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper on the 13th Feb and received them today 21st Feb. I paid extra for fast home delivery 2-3 working days, so it did take a little longer hence 4 stars not 5. I was concerned having ordered the paper, that I might have been scammed having retrospectively read the reviews. But it’s been delivered, and I think it’s only fair that Wallpassion gets a good review and recognition for delivering on the order, as we’re all too good at complaining when things go wrong, but not rewarding when things are right.
I suspect this company is a scam and they wrote the positive reviews themselves. They do not have a UK address or phone number. I have ordered goods from their online site and paid an extra £19.95 for express delivery, but the goods did not arrive.I emailed, but this was ignored. I rang the number in Sweden and the person I spoke with said he would call me back in 2 mins, but didn’t. They now won’t answer the phone at all. It’s quite reasonable that there may be some reason for the delay in delivery, but they should be able to respond to emails with an update and some means of tracking.

I have paid for the Fast home delivery 2-3 working days so I was expecting the package on Sat 23rd Dec the latest. It is 2nd of January (13 days from the order and at least 6 working days have pasted) and I am still waiting for the delivery!
I ordered wallpaper from this brand based on their own line calculator as to how much I would need I got 3 rolls at £57 per roll. We needed less than 2. As its been over 14 days since I bought it (around 4 weeks) they will not accept a roll back. Very disappointed at the waste of £57 on a calculation their website made. *Beware of using the on line calculator
