Sep 04,2024It would be wise to wrap the wallpaper in plastic,as UPS driver dropped parcel off on ground at farm gate 200m from the house,nice soggy box and damp wallpaper.

Aug 18,2024Avoid Avoid Avoid. Website unclear. Be extra careful about your delivery options. Want to charge £20 to return two rolls of wallpaper. Would not buy from this company ever again. Completely unhelpful. Tried to ask for a solution to a delivery issue. Spent a fortune with them and then they were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They have a UK website (.co.uk). However they are not a UK company. This is where I think the problems have arisen. I would rather spend a little more money and know what I’m getting. Silly me thought I could save a couple pounds. Now I’ve actually lost a whole lot more!!

Aug 16,2024I paid over £8 for a delivery within 3 days I put this order in 7 days ago ive not received by order yet I would not recommend anyone use this company I still have no idea where my order is no one had replied to my email

Aug 10,2024Although the paper is fabulous we were expecting it to arrive with 2 days. It didn’t and out decorator has moved into her next job. We now need to wait for her next opening. Disappointed

Jul 14,2024I ordered some wallpaper from another online company and they told me it would take 6 weeks for me to get it. So I cancelled that order and found it in stock at Wallpassion. I worried it might not arrive ok as never used the company before and the price was so good. I needn't have worried - it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The delivery was fully tracked too. Absolutely thrilled with the wallpaper and will use this company again. Definitely recommended!!

Jun 23,2024Paper arrived in a damaged box so 1 of the 4 rolls wasn’t able to be used. Contacted customer service for a replacement but not heard a reply yet. Also, it arrived to a UPS collection site not my actual address which I expected. So I had to drive to collect it.
