Arrived quickly! Lovely wallpaper and quick to respond when I emailed with a collection issue! Turns out I was trying to collect from the wrong pick up point. My mistake.

Refuse to deliver to house after purchase was made. The item got to delivered to a pick up point over 4 hours drive from my home location and are stating that is all they can do.
I paid for delivery in 3 working days, so I hope it arrives by Monday or Tuesday at the latest
I ordered on 23/03 and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Parcel was due to arrive on 28/03 and I received notification that day to say it was delayed and now won’t arrive until 2/04. I have had to cancel my decorator. Very disappointed.
I ordered my wallpaper 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I didn’t get a confirmation email or any order update communication. I have been charged for this
I ordered a specific wallpaper online and it arrived excellently packed and protected and super fast delivery. The paper is very high quality and although expensive it was still the best value from Wallpassion compared to other sites. Very satisfied and will use Wallpassion again.
I have used this company on two separate occasions recently, and they have been helpful and efficient, and I would use them again.
UPS took package back before date on UPS email. So still waiting for my wallpaper. Has to go back to your company to then be sent out again to me. UPS certainly let me down
The delivery needs to be much clearer. I did not choose fast delivery but did expect it to be delivered to my home address. Instead it was delivered to a UPS drop off point - after being cancelled twice.
Great product at a good price. Delivery was ok, had to pick up from UPS point a couple of miles from home but 3 rolls of wallpaper so it didn't matter
They did very well but paid for fast delivery and it was obvious it was not going to happen…. Did arrive on the day they said in perfect condition and did refund what I paid for 2/3day delivery…
Easy to place order and arrived quickly. I did recieve an email the day after placing the order informing me that the wallpaper was delayed at manufacturing, however this must have been rectified very quickly as the order was dispatched within my estimated delivery window.
The wallpaper is great - excellent quality and was easy to hang by pasting the wall, with a good quality ready-mixed, although the instructions said to paste the paper. The delivery time was annoying. At check-out I opted for free delivery as I didn’t mind the delay. However, at the ‘pay now’ stage a £7 delivery charge was added. If the paper had arrived quickly I wouldn’t have minded so much…. But it took 22 days to arrive.
Still haven’t received our order , well over five days
Paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Good arrived nearly 2 weeks later Had to take extra day of work as courier said one day and then changed it. No communication from Wallpassion till I contacted them I saved a bit of money but poor customer service

May 31,2024No email confirmation after payment made, and after emailing my concerns with no response, actually thought I'd been scammed for £270. Posted my concerns on Trust pilot and, guess what? They responded. With an invoice. Zero comms about delivery. Paid for express delivery - that's a proper scam and I will be asking for a refund. Package arrived properly dented. But the problem was not with the battering the package took, but with the completely INADEQUATE PACKAGING. The rolls were just chucked an a box with minimal brown paper packaging, no expanded polystyrene "end protectors" for the rolls. Not surprisingly, the edges have been damaged as a result which means they cannot be used as the joins/seams between the drops will be visible. Don't buy ANYTHING from these guys - stress not worth it. Plenty of other competitors who package wallpaper properly, send confirmation emails after payment, and advise you of tracking.
