Jan 13,2025Delivery took quite a while as it turns out the order was coming from Sweden! Glad I had not booked a decorator. Luckily I am doing wallpapering myself so although it missed my window no harm done. Therefore the job isn’t started and still in wrapping.

Dec 07,2024Delivered quickly, however really disappointed with the quality of the paper. Roughly £200 for 3 roles which we had fitted by a professional. The paper is dark and although the edges are completely butt up with each other, and totally flush, each join has a bright white line running down. Badly printed and very disappointed.

Nov 26,2024I was charged £200, almost £ 20 for next day delivery. I received nothing and no communication. Just checked the UPS data and the package was found empty and damaged, the sender was informed on the 18th of this month (it is the 26th now). I received no information, no refund and no product.

Oct 07,2024Delivery is so ridiculously slow that we are still waiting for our order after nearly 2 weeks. It gets worse, eventually the package is delivered, to a location 5 miles away so I can collect it!! In what world is that a delivery service? Product is exactly as described and we are pleased with it, shocking (non) delivery service lets it down.

Jan 22,2025Parcel delivered to a locker more than 100 miles from my home. Not clear on website that this is the case and I have no way of collecting it. Annoyed to say the least.
