It was not collected and a message was sent saying I had refused collection in person of the skip, furthermore, a fine of £90 has been imposed. I appealed this decision and have not had a reply. Really disappointed as this is the 4th skip I have had with you and never had any issue.

Didn’t collect on date as promised had to email and call to get the skip away. Overall service 3 out of 5, marked down due to skip size misleading.
