Feb 27,2023The only issue I have is with the pick up, it clear states a date you can arrange a pick and you receive a message to confirm that they will be picking it up on that date. My partner wasted a day waiting on in with no pick up. I contacted waste online who confirmed it may take 5 working days, to which I said that’s fine, but don’t message me saying you are pick up it up. Also what’s the point in having a pick option in the first place.
