The only downside is the skip was not collected on the pre-booked date and only after enquiring did I find out it can take up to 5 working days despite being pre-booked. I did manage to get a guaranteed Saturday collection otherwise I could have been waiting a lot longer. I would use again!

Jul 25,2022I ordered the skip to be picked up on the Friday morning I came home from work on the Wednesday to find the skip had already been picked up only half full. I contacted you on the day and was advised another skip would be dropped off, no skip arrived. I did not receive any further correspondence from you. i feel I should Have received a refund for half the cost as I had to take the rest of the stuff to the tip, costing me petrol money. I have received a refund for half the cost of the skip, which is the least this company could do, its a pity it took my bad review to get them to contact me. Will not use this service again.
