You can always get a friendly human on the other end of the phone and they stick to timescales with flawless punctuality. We had a tight turnaround on a skip so had to call ahead to ensure it was going to be collected on the designated day. The designated customer assistant was helpful and reassuring and a text was sent on the morning of collection to confirm that it would be made. An amazing company!

Skip was delivered on the morning as arranged and as I was not at the premises to take delivery the driver called me to say that the skip was dropped off and thought given to the position of the skip for ease of loading access, this gave me peace of mind that it would be there ready when I arrived at the address. Skip was collected on the agreed date with no problems.

Jun 10,2022skip didn't turn up on the original day, i then had to chase to re booked then failed to turn up the for the second time,then had to chase for a refund. Went direct to local firm and saved money. Its almost like the actually skip companies do not like wasteline and want you to go direct. This was before the bank holiday and there was no issues within the industry as go going direct it was very easy and delivered on time. I'm sure an excuse will be made rather than just an admission of messing up, always seems to be an excuse rather than honesty with waste line, should be re names wasteoftime. They will never admit they made a mistake.
