Nov 22,2024I bought a Tag Aquaracer as a gift and am a bit disappointed that the glow-in-the-dark markings do not function as intended. The recipient of the gift is disappointed. After reaching out to WW I was advised that it has been sitting in a safe for a long period of time and needs to be left out for a day or so under sunlight or fluorescent light. Doing this only has a short term impact. I wish at this point I had purchased from an authorized retailer and paid more as they would likely have newer stock and would take the watch back to make it right. WW does not take returns once worn, but you would not realize this feature isn't working until worn. So my warning is to fully inspect the watch on functionality prior to removing any plastic.
