Dec 13,2024To start with the positives: they had the best price I could find online, and the Longines Annual Calendar watch I ordered appears to be in good condition. Unfortunately, shipping to Europe took a few weeks (for a $70 shipping fee I expected a bit more urgency). More importantly, the original manufacturer warranty card was not in the box. They explained to me it's a grey market thing. I can understand that, but then please don't mislead customers by clearly advertising the watch as 'with original box & papers' on your website. I wanted to return the watch for this reason, but it was quite hard to get in touch with them through their contact form, or even get a confirmation they received my request. After eventually speaking to a (friendly) employee, it took another week and another reminder for them to get back to my simple request for a return label. They told me they wouldn't cover the return shipping costs, as they only do that when there is a problem with the watch itself. In the end, I decided not to return it to avoid further costs and difficulty. So be aware of this when ordering, especially from outside the US.
