Good selection of watches, so will probably order again in the future. This time, I'll make sure that I've ordered the right one!

Dec 26,2024Liked the service from WatchWarehouse, BUT...service from Fed Ex was HORRIBLE--DELIVERY DELAYED BY MORE THAN 24 HOURS, website unresponsive; updates on delivery inaccurate for over 30 hours--creating LOTS OF STRESS. Delivery person was apologetic --said, "We hear that all the time about the website." NONETHELESS, you alerted me it was sent De. 20; FedEx promised it by 10:30 12/23, then "before 8 p.m.; then tomorrow--12/24 by 10:30 a.m., then "before 8..." UGH--FREAKING NIGHTMARE.

Update 1/9: Contacted customer service multiple times regarding a question on the casing of the new watch. Still have not heard back. Disappointed to say the least. Contacted on 12/25, 12/28 on website, emailed on 1/3. No response until this updated review.
