Sep 11,2024WatchWarehouse.com is a scam, a fraud, a con. Do not be fooled by the huge block letters in the horizontal banner on the website that say, "NO-HASSLE RETURNS AND REFUNDS." It's just not true. I bought two Tag Heuer watches on 9/3 for a total of $9200. I received the items on 9/5 and disliked the way they looked in-person so I e-mailed for refund instructions. I was sent a link to a page that said I'd be whacked for a $920 re-stocking fee. On no planet anywhere in our universe does this constitute a "no-hassle free return." WatchWarehouse.com is dishonest. Avoid, avoid, avoid this shady business. ******************************************** *** Update: (Friday, 9-13-2024) **** There is nothing even remotely defamatory about this review. The facts are 100 percent true and accurate, and the opinions are based thereupon. Defamation requires a false statement of fact and there are no false statements here. I bought 2 watches on a website that promotes "no-hassle free returns and refunds" and that promise was NOT honored. As for the insults, those are 100 percent First Amendment protected speech, deemed "Pure Opinion" by the US Supreme Court. See, i.e., Milkovich v. Lorain Journal 497 U.S. 1 (1990) 110 S. Ct. 2695. "Holding that pure opinion cannot constitute actionable defamation. "Pure opinion occurs when the defendant makes a comment or opinion based on facts which are set forth in the article or which are otherwise known or available to the reader or listener as a member of the public." See From v. Tallahassee Democrat, Inc., 400 So. 2d 52 (Fla. 1st DCA 1981). To remove this review would be a huge disservice to consumers and to read your readers. It simply is not defamatory by any stretch. Please review the facts as I have posted them and read the case law. I will be happy to provide you with receipts and screen-grabs to corroborate the facts. This merchant must be exposed. He cannot post a "no-hassle refund" policy and not honor it. ********************************************

Sep 07,2024I bought the Mido Sea Star and it arrived on time. The watch is working perfectly (less than one second ahead per day). Everything seems to be perfect, however (and this is the reason for the 3 stars), the watch and straps arrived completely tossed inside the box, with the cardboard rack ripped inside the box. Also, the pin holder of the Milanese strap was slightly twisted and one pin broken. My first reaction was to return the product, then I thought about asking to replace the Milanese. After cooling down, when I realized that the watch was working great and the strap was fixable with a pliers and new set of pins, that I bought in Amazon for less than $15, I decided to keep the watch, which now I love. In sum, I got a great watch, delivered fast. They would have deserved a 5 stars review, but, regretfully, their lack of care on packing brings my rating to only three stars.
