Jan 07,2025The Montblanc rollerball pen we ordered is beautiful. The service and delivery was fast. One HUGE bummer though is that nobody checked to see if the pen actually still wrote before it shipped. This was an expensive gift for my wife's 50th birthday. It's tough to receive a writing instrument as a gift only to find out you can't write with it for a week because that's how long it will take to receive new ink replacements. I'd recommend someone checking every rollerball before it ships to ensure the ink hasn't dried out since originally leaving the manufacturer.
