From the very start they were reassuring (I have anxiety issues so I'm not always the easiest person to deal with) and worked wonders in keeping me from too much worry. The whole thing was done in a month, from first contact to completion. OK, we possibly could have got more for our student accommodation flat, but with a lot more stress and delay. If simplicity and minimum hassle is what you're looking for, I would recommend WeByAnyHome

Oct 17,2019I think the other reviews are made up. I was offered a price, had two estate agents come around then heard nothing. I've emailed but nobody has bothered replying . They'd asked me to take it off the market and luckily I didn't so have managed to get a higher offer elsewhere.

Tom was away but passed our case onto Ryan who took over and he couldn’t of been better, we can’t thank your company enough. Oct 10,2019Complete waste of time. Give you an acceptable offer then make a revised offer, after valuers have driven past the house and checked online, for just over 50% of their original offer.

Oct 04,2019Although we didn't ending up selling our house, we found the whole process to be open, honest and as up-front as possible. The case was dealt with quickly, and prices offered were backed up with fair reasons. Everyone involved did what they said they would - that is worth a lot!

My main point of contact provided very clear, helpful advice and information from the outset and ensured the process flowed smoothly providing information as and when needed. The sale was complicated for a number of reasons but as the seller I was guided through the process and impressed by the on line documentation, which was simple to engage with. I would recommend the company if you are looking for a quick sale or have a property that would be difficult to sell on the open market.
