Feb 25,2025were initially given an offer for an inherited retirement flat (just over half what others in the block were on for) The negotiator Marcus kept in contact but the offer was soon reduced to under 1/2 what any was on the market for. Then once the service details were read the offer was dropped again by another 20 K. Suggested we try Sold.co.uk = sister company who would market widely but at a very low price. I appreciate these properties are difficult to sell but feel that we wasted 3 months when if the company knew the market they should turn it down

Feb 18,2025Lovely staff members who promise to help you out and do everything to help you get a quick sale. Low but reasonable offer made at the beginning and told we could have the money in our bank within a week. 7 weeks later they attempt to bully us into dropping our price to below what we would need to buy a new property. Told us information came from our management company which is false. They have twisted the information that was sent to them. Claimed can't get insurance on our property as it's a flood risk due to being on the prom. Management company sorts all of this and we have been insured for the past 20 yrs we have lived here. Told were going to have to pay for repairs that don't actually apply to our flat simply because they have twisted information from our AGM minutes. Lulled into false security by lovely staff and then bullied at last minute. Well not allowing that here! Avoid this company at all costs.

Feb 15,2025This company is fake and waste of time. Best to have a backup plan like me otherwise you would be stuck. DO NOT TRUST. They would really only buy if 100,000 is taken of the value of the property and will let you know at the very last last moment.

Feb 11,2025Do not under any circumstance enter any details into this website. They will contact you and be very polite but ask the same questions you have already answered. Then they will give you a low valuation without ever seeing the property based on Rightmove to which they will then deduct 20%. The real disappointment is that when you don't accept they pass your phone details on and you will be contacted by a lot of foreign chancers to insulate your loft etc. Unless you are bankrupt, and totally desperate to escape your home leave well alone. Please.
