Sep 29,2019After contacting webuyanyhomes the reply from them was very efficient, having to sell my childhood house for my mother they took care of everything apart from having to empty the house. James Bear was very nice and understanding and has got the patience of a saint, having to want to get the sale through quickly for us he understood that we needed time to get it emptied and even though we’d not met he was really friendly over the phone. Although we didn’t get as much has we was expecting I can now say the house has completed and exchanged. Thank you very much I personally feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Sep 28,2019I contacted WBAH on 5th September after having 2 years of what can only be described as a nightmare. I explained my situation and the complexity of the property I was trying to sell. After 48 hours I was offered a price to buy the property. The price was low but I knew due to the legal constraints with it, it was a good offer. I was told completion would be 20th September and only because of errors on my side from management company and mortgage lender was this delayed by a week. I dealt mainly with Ryan who was great throughout the whole process. He was compassionate about my situation and kept me informed every few days. I personally had a great experience and would recommend WBAH if you want a quick, painless sale. Thanks Ryan and the team at WBAH
