Due to a French lockdown my daughter and her family could not travel home for Christmas. With the help of Steven at We Got Tickets I managed to get tickets re-allocated to my neice. His help was very much appreciated.
When dealing with ticket agents in general, it can often feel a little as if you are being "tested" at every stage (with additional charges that are cleverly hidden). We Got Tickets are different. Their tag line is "simple, honest ticketing" and in my experience, that is exactly what you get,
Ordered ticket for live stream on ents24, email confirmation from wegottickets but no instructions on how to watch the show. Emailed them and was told I would be emailed after 5pm how to view, the show started at 7:30 - email never came, junk folder empty. Absolute joke!!!
