Nov 23,2024Bought tickets from WeGotTickets and checked out with no problems at all. Unfortunately, closer to the date of the gig, I was unable to go. I contacted the venue who let WeGotTickets know, and they were able to offer the tickets to people on the waiting list. The tickets resold straight away and I was notified of this along with details of my refund. This is such a reassuring service, knowing genuine tickets can be resold and someone can still benefit from going to the show.
