Had an issue with purchasing a ticket and ended up with an extra one. I was issued a refund within a day of highlighting the problem, fantastic service and response.

The people at WGT are helpful and professional. They are extremely quick to respond to queries, and they even answer the phone! I have never experienced this level of customer service with any other company of this kind
Spoke to Aidan he was very pleasant on the phone I felt I wasn’t just another voice but someone he was interested in. He is organising a refund for me impressed with him.
Being technology challenged we managed to delete tickets to a show and Tayla came to the rescue so so thank you very much it was greatly appreciated

Bought tickets from WeGotTickets and checked out with no problems at all. Unfortunately, closer to the date of the gig, I was unable to go. I contacted the venue who let WeGotTickets know, and they were able to offer the tickets to people on the waiting list. The tickets resold straight away and I was notified of this along with details of my refund. This is such a reassuring service, knowing genuine tickets can be resold and someone can still benefit from going to the show.
Bought eticket for Stella Cole Cambridge gig and was unable to attend. Not expecting a refund I notified WeGotTickets so they could relocate FoC. They put my ticket up for resale and reimbursed me when it sold the next day! Thank you so much for your refreshingly ethical way of doing business. Massively impressed 👍
