You don’t really expect ticket sales websites to actually respond to web based email enquiries, as they always seem so anonymous. But, true to their online promise, WeGot Tickets emailed me a nice helpful answer within 24 hours. All sorted and I recommend them. I will definitely use them as a matter of preference wherever possible in the future.
Noticed that my tickets weren't available on the due date that the organiser planned, sent off an email and WGT contacted the organiser and got it sorted within the day. Excellent response as it's a small venue and always a sell out so early booking is essential.
Poor experience of ticket booking with bad communication and booking agent blaming venue and customer left paying additional booking fees. Not a great experience!
The website is simple, uncluttered and provides an easy, efficenct way to purchase tickets. Their support staff (in my case Aiden) where incredibly helpful and resolved my query in no time. Brilliant service all round.
Really excellent customer service. They were able to help me out with my refund incredibly quickly and easily. Very impressed.
Ria very very helpful by explaining what had happened and responded quickly to my inquiry!
Useless - rejected two debit cards, both stashed!
I received notification that a concert had been cancelled and that our money would be refunded. No explanation as to why the concert was cancelled so I sent an email asking why. The reply came back that rarely do the event organisers provide a reason. That's not good enough is it? What kind of customer service is that? Are we living in a feudal system where we are treated like second class citizens who should be grateful we have a few coppers to spare?
Brilliant. Couldn’t find the event that I was trying to book tickets for. I emailed and received a very prompt reply from Aiden saying he would look into it for me. This he did , keeping me updated along the way and then emailing me the correct link to purchase the tickets. Such a refreshing positive experience, well done WeGotTickets.
Used wegotickets or years for event ticketing, would highly recommend. Pay on time, resolve any problems immediately and super helpful.
I recently organised a festival event with WeGotTickets- Tinderdust: The Ether, and found the staff very helpful and supportive. They were quick to resolve and problems I had, and I found staff members really friendly, and interesting to engage with. They always responded to any query or problem I had, with even more support than I asked for. A great company to work with, and have my tickets on sale with. Highly recommended!
When I take tickets i did not realise just click yes Box than past now i realised I accepted even not remember 2 different internet companies membership and give debit authorities my accounts monthly 15 gbp when i ask them how it happent they sent me a e mail you tick yes them give authority I really feel bed please be carefull when buy tickets read everything carefully.i will never use again
Not a bad company, credit where credits due, the communication was great. Spoke with someone called Aiden and although nothing was resolved, he was great at coming back quickly and tried his best to help. On the down side, I used "WeGotTickets" to book tickets to see Kerry Godliman back in November. Got to the venue last weekend, sat down only then to be told by the host she cancelled. We ended up leaving as it wasn't a short drive and the host was a bit cringe to be honest. Got in touch with WeGotTickets who advised they informed us of the cancellation and to check my spam folder. Nothing was there, the only email I ever received was the confirmation of my purchased tickets. I see a few people have had the same experience. Some responses from WeGotTickets also claim to text but I certainly didn't get one of those. Just seems very odd that they send the confirmation which goes straight into my inbox but the cancellation notice supposedly goes to a junk folder (which it didn't) So very disappointed to say the least however, as mentioned before, the communication and the attempted help was quick and can't fault them for trying, even if nothing was resolved and didn't get the outcome we hoped for. I would use WeGotTickets again but I will be double checking before we leave for the gig whether there will be any surprises. Wouldn't rely on the emails they send. Always check just in case. Shame I can't leave a review for Comedy All Stars really.
Very satisfied with the outcome when I asked for help with my application for the purchase of a ticket on line.
The dictionary definition of the word “ticket” is: “A piece of paper or card that gives the holder a certain right, especially to enter a place, travel by public transport, or participate in an event.” If there is one thing “WeGotTickets” do not have it is actual physical tickets (paper or card). All they give their customers is a confirmation email / booking reference with the advice: “Do not print this email” under the pretence of reducing carbon emissions (of course I must print it – I don’t trust them (or the venue) enough to have my name at the door, so I need the proof). On their website, they claim they are an "honest ticketing" company and that they are "the box office the nation trusts to be the goodguys" which is simply beyond belief. They do as little as possible. They claim that they send e-tickets, but they do not. I have been unfortunate enough to have had no choice but to pre-book through them on several occasions over the past decade, and never once did I receive more than a booking reference confirmation. My heart genuinely sinks when I see that they are the sole booking agent for an event. TIP: If it is likely that an event will not be sold out in advance, pay on the door instead. This company should stop misleading people and change their name to something "honest" like 'WeOnly GotConfirmationEmails'
Very impressed with their helpfulness. I made a stupid mistake with my booking and they answered the phone straight away, sorted it out and emailed to let me it had been sorted out.
A word of caution with WGT. Bought two tickets for a gig at a very small venue (approx. 30 seats), to be collected on the night. Personal problems meant we were stranded abroad come gig time. Contacted the venue to ask if the tickets could be sold on. I was told that it was sold out and they had a waiting list, therefore it shouldn't be a problem and that the agent would get back to me. Heard nothing further, but after a couple of follow up calls to the venue the agent eventually texted me to say the tickets were normally non-refundable (fair enough on its own) and hadn't been sold. But as the venue had told me that the gig was sold out with a waiting list, and as we have also heard there were no empty seats, it looks a little bit like the tickets were actually sold twice.... Which leaves a bit of a nasty taste. We will be very wary of buying through WeGotTickets in the future.
This is my first time using We got tickets and it was a very easy experience excellent service and due to a mistake on my part the matter ws dealt with speedily and efficiently. Will certainly use again and recommend.
I bought some ice skating tickets beginning of December, it was easy to use the site, get the tickets and the event was great. I paid by credit card and when I got my bill, I’d completely forgotten about using the site to buy tickets. I sent a message to We got tickets asking what I’d bought, they got back to me right away reminding me. Great customer service. Many thanks.
