Had to cancel my tickets for new years eve due to family issues. These guys went above and beyond to get me a refund. So helpful and friendly.
Outstanding customer service. Best ticketing company going.
Excellent response, very happy indeed
Very quick response
Terrible Date changed the James Acaster event for tickets I booked back in June. Apparently I’m not eligible for a refund, even though I turned up on the original date, and have been left hugely disappointed. Honest ticketing would mean to me that the company accepts it makes changes, mistakes and cares for its customers.... the slogan may need updating. For every company that we must be a certain amount of liability for such changes, they have to protect the consumer. I would like my money back please. I am not happy with a we tried email or text, I didn’t get either otherwise I wouldn’t have turned up a day late!!
I really love this site and the customer service they provide!
We started selling tickets on this site on the recommendation of two seperate people who use the site for similar reasons, and I have to say we have not been disappointed. It was straightforward to get ourselves set up, enter details of the venues we use etc, and get the tickets for our first events online. We now use the site around 5 /6 times a year (for the past 3 or 4 years), which admittedly isn't a huge amount and doesn't make us one of their most valuable customers in terms of revenue. But here's the thing. Whenever we have had any cause whatsoever to contact their customer support, (always via email in our case), be it help with undertstanding how to use the site, or having to get them to make changes on our behalf, - they have always - ALWAYS - been friendly, quick to respond and got us sorted out in a few hours. I was prompted to write this review by some particular difficulties we had recently (due to the performers booked, not WGT) which put us in a bit of a panic. The helpfulness and patience of the WGT customer support calmly smoothed things out, did whatever we needed, and patiently made changes to previous changes as new instructions came in from the performers and their PA guys. So credit where credit is due, with WGT customer support is exactly that. Can't recommend them enough!
Brilliant email or phone customer service, reasonable booking fees, and they let me transfer a ticket to my friend for no fee.
Booked tickets, got confirmation screen, no confirmation email. Got in touch (you can't phone them) they said oh no you haven't paid for the tickets. OK, so try to buy them again, card declined (?) - it seems to have triggered some alert on the card which is now not working. Bought with a different card, then saw on bank website that the first transaction HAD gone ahead. Have to contact We Got Tickets again to get a refund now (again only email). V annoying.
Tried selling me tickets for a concert that took place last year. Luckily the card company's fraud algorithm intercepted
I have had the displeasure of using this site a few times to buy tickets, however I have actually regularly missed out on events and not bought tickets purely because of how awful this site is. I just bought my NYE tickets which took me 45 minuets. They don't have a guest section meaning I have to find my details every time, they don't let you edit your own adress therefore they were going to send my tickets to an adress I haven't lived in for years and it's very difficult to manoeuvre. Awful site, don't reccomend at all if you value your mental health
Just tried several times to buy tickets for a friends' gig but was unable to get past the sign-up form. It moaned, in succession, that: - I had entered an invalid password, but didn't say specifically why, - That my password didn't match the requirements (8-15 chars, both letters and numbers); it did - it was 10 characters, contained a mixture of upper and lower case letters, and numbers, - That my email address is invalid: it wasn't, it's the same email address I've been using for about 8 years now, and I checked I'd typed it correctly in both fields. Moreover, every time it moaned at me about one of these supposed errors it reset my marketing preferences (i.e., don't pass my email along to third parties and don't contact me) to allow contact. Not cool at all. All of this ignores the fact of, why do I need to sign up for an account to buy tickets in the first place? I've never used this website before and likely won't use it again (certainly not now, if I can avoid it). Why can't I just pay by credit or debit card and pick up the tickets on the door? The account sign up adds no value for me. Really, it's 2016, so there's no excuse for getting sign-up wrong. Lots of websites have successfully been doing this for the past two decades. Anyway, here's hoping I can pick up some tickets on the door because I certainly can't buy them online (unfortunately no alternative online ticket provider is available).
In March this year I bought 2 tickets for £17.60 from WeGotTickets.com for a gig at a small venue in Cambridge, paying by credit card. These are only issued by email and, as they were a gift for a relative, I transferred them using their web-site. Somehow as a result of this I got signed up to this Complete Savings scheme and found out this month (July) that they had been charging my credit card £15 per month. This means that so far the 2 tickets have cost me £92.60 instead of the £17.60! Just be very careful what you click on! **************************************************** UPDATE : To be fair to Complete Savings, after my complaint they now have refunded 4 x £15.00 to my credit card, so I have amended my rating & review.

Jan 12,2019I go to loads of gigs and shows and always hunt around for the lowest priced tickets for events I'm interested in. WeGotTickets come out cheaper than the other ticket sites every time and I've always had a great experience using them, just wish they sold for more of the big shows like O2 and West End Theatre.
