Total scam of a company they state honest trustworthy yet over charge us £60 for Happy days festival tickets.
A query about ticketing reallocation procedure was answered overnight and gave the following useful additional information: no need to produce the confirmation email for entry to an event, just produce the ticket reference number and personal ID.
Many thanks to Will for sorting out an incorrect email address on booking some tickets. Within an hour or so of me sending my original email Ta !!!
Helpful & flexible. Found process of ordering & receiving ticket easy & straightforward. (Prefer the old paper tickets which I used to like to keep as souvenirs, but understand move towards paperless transactions). Unfortunately, I found I could not attend rescheduled gig & even though I contacted WGT only a month before new date, Danny kindly refunded me the money & I am very grateful for them allowing me this. I can now use the money to see the band on a different date.
Their Refund Protection is a total scam.
Aiden resolved an issue I had caused which meant I missed a comedy gig, and he quickly reassigned my purchased tickets to a future date. Really speedy resolution.

Rather stupidly i deleted tickets from my phone for tonights show ..emailed and was resent within 15 minutes ..now thats what i call great customer service ..

I needed a refund as I was unable to attend a rescheduled show. I emailed and got a reply within 15 minutes confirming my refund had been processed. Polite and quick response.

The gig was cancelled (postponed to a future date I am unable to attend)and I did get a refund for the tickets but not for the booking fee. I am appalled at this system, I think that when a gig is cancelled by the artist or company then the customer should get the booking fee refunded as well as it is not their fault it was cancelled. I am appalled .

Jul 19,2022Bought tickets for a concert in November for a friend and paid extra for cancellation insurance which was a tick box. Friend can go because they won’t be back from working abroad till after the date. Tried to cancel, but was told that wasn’t a valid excuse, so I’ve lost my £35.50. So I can’t recommend this shower of bandits. They said refer to all our terms and conditions. But every dog has his day!! Watch this space !
